I had one of the best holidays in this hotel. The staff were welcoming , smiling and the same time professional. Our mini fridge was filled everyday. The Hotel is new and yes there are a few teething problems but overall the stay was brilliant. The issues raised were dealt with quickly. The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the beach, there is a bus service. The food is delicious. The indoor pool, sauna, and hammam are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. There are many shops around. 95% of guests are from Germany, mostly older. The sea in November is already cold, you can sunbathe.

It was a great stay. The crew was genuinely really nice, and the entertainment crew as well! Not to much, just good enough to try to persuade you, but not annoying. Room was cleaned only once during 5 day stay. The open-bathroom planning with glass doors lack privacy, and is inconvenient especially if roommates are not a couple. Also# 2 put of 7 person in our company got food poisoning. On the other hand the pool and the beach are really nice although sea get's very deep just a few steps in. It may not be safe for non swimmers and kids.

Three of us came from Mongolia. The people were friendly and the food was very good. Everything was perfect except the rain and cold. Everything was clean and tidy. We will go again.The service was excellent. The food was delicious, the chefs were amazing, and the service staff was perfect.

Hotel has 2 buildings which are a bit separated from each other. You need to learn how to find a shortcut to spa, pools and back. Spa is nice, but has only sauna working. Indoor pool has no water. Also they clean floors in sauna only once a day - floor remains dirty the whole day, so it gives a bad look and gross feeling walking around without sleepers. Staff is friendly most all of the time. The hotel isn't new, but it's clean and neat. Our room was ok, though at first we only got one child bed instead of two, but they fixed it the first day. In another room, we got one double bed instead of two single beds. It took three days to get an extra bed. This summer I was on holiday with my wife in this hotel. The main advantages: proximity to the sea and quite a varied cuisine. Even if your flight is late in the evening, you will be able to have dinner until 12 at night. The room with a sea view was pleasing to the eye every day. Quite a large territory. Friendly staff. We will definitely return there again.

The hotel is amazing ! Rooms are spacious and we have been upgraded as we asked for 2 rooms close to each other to be next to our kids. There is no queue for the restaurant and the food is great. We have been in Kaya Side for third time and I love this hotel. Beautiful beach, great swimming pools, very tasty food and the most important - nice people there. Just returned from a weeks stay and had a fantastic time. Food was outstanding especially in the a la cartes but even the main restaurant was very good. We had 4 days visit in April and that was such a wonderful experience that. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food omg was so delicious that you can't stop eating. The only disadvantage was the distance to sea.

OK so I'm currently still here on day 4 now. Positives, rooms are pretty good, staff are friendly and the food is OK although very repetitive. Negatives. The walls and ceiling in the rooms are paper thin so you can hear everything, I'm currently writing this after being woken up every day because of what I'm guessing is the cleaners hoovering the bar area above and moving the chairs around to do so...

We just returned after 10 wonderful nights here, rooms are spacious and perfectly clean, food is fantastic with a wide variety to choose from. Nice hotel, not a new interior. Rooms need renovation, however, exterior design is fantastic. The workers and service is excellent. Food is good too. We have always been passing this hotel all the time and we were glad when we got here , cause we didn't know that was the hotel we have always admired.
