Beautiful hotel,very clean and staff are amazing. Love the QR system around the pool and beach to order your drinks and food. The cocktails are lovely and all served in beautiful glasses

This is a huge plus when holidaying with babies or baby that with sand and water climbs. Cool pier with poufs and chaise Lounges. Side street which runs from 14-17. 00 impresses with its abundance of dishes

Jazira and Buse are loved Amazing place, loved every moment. Only negative was a lady who I presumed was the manager of the spa, seemed rather arrogant and her attitude put us off booking in the spa

Apart from that we absolutely loved our stay, the staff , the service , all incredible ❤️ Would love to come back next year

What especially pleased at the pool bar there was a good Italian sparkling wine. After a hearty and varied Breakfast, you can drink Turkish coffee in small cafes. And the kids can be left at the kids club "Lilipop"

No horrible plastic cups anywhere! We went to a couple of shows and the entertainment was spot on

The beach bar must be open until 19. There is no water in the lobby. Any request is received with hostility: there is a full hotel here: come tomorrow🤪 The food is monotonous

Perfect beach and sea, location - that can't be taken away. The entrance to the water is shallow, shallow, ideal with children who do not swim well

We appeared to be the only family from Northern Ireland but didn't stop us having fun so don't let that stop you coming. We were made to feel very welcome a lot of Russians and Germans guests but all very pleasant

There are not many water slides for the kids, but they made good use of the ones the hotel had to offer

The territory is small, but it contains a lot: swimming pools, cafes, benches, and partial shade. The food is of excellent quality, delicious

The hotel is on the second line, you can walk to the beach on foot along the sidewalk in the shade or take the hotel bus (runs constantly). Along the beach there is a pedestrian path in partial shade, about 2 km long

Great for running, walking with a stroller. We (a family with children, one of whom is a six-month-old baby) really liked it!

Generally quite nice place to stay

Guests are mainly Russians and German. There is small Migros about 10min walk from hotel. To Side old town is 10min by buss/1Euro. Bus runs very often and bus stop is just outside of the hotel

This is a decent hotel where we enjoyed our stay with our extended family. We liked the food and staff and enjoyed our vacation. The staff did everything to make our vacation great

Old building but well maintained/renovated. Free soft drinks at mini bar in the room. We are bit bored at buffet restaurant. Taste is very good and lot of fresh fruits and sallad

We had check in at night at 00. The rude and offended receptionist wanted give us the other room in the villa house with a pool, despite the fact that I explained to him that I didn't want a room by the pool

WiFi works very well, everywhere even at the beach. Very nice garden with full of flowers and pine trees. Beach is half sand and half small stones. Not so deep and there are many rocks in the sea

We recommend it for couples, young and old, with or without children or babies. It is not a place for hunting singles or disco seekers

Nice hotel for family and kids. Animation program is well done. Daytime activities and in the evening also shows for young and adults. Food was allot of option espacially during diner

There was a huge variety of different food every day and it was all delicious. I was especially pleased that there was so much fresh fruit and salad. We found everywhere to be clean

We stayed there at the end of April-Easter break. One outdoor swimming pool was heated, aquapark was open. Food was nice, maybe little bit monotonic. Hotel was clean, room cleaned daily, every day fresh towels

Kids (7 and 9) had fun on all the slides. Hotel is on the beach which is great. The quality of the evening entertainment has been a pleasant surprise (Michael Jackson night, Mistery dance/acrobatics)

Huge hotel with several different bars, pools and restaurants. Food is good quality and plenty of choice. Is quite hilly, lots of lifts but we didn't mind the steps

Massages good and convenient but is about 2x the price of other local ones and the manager will spend every opportunity trying to persuade you to have more treatments

We were in 2 bedroom family sea view room, plenty of space and lovely view. Maid service great and mini bar stocked every day. Bathrobes and slippers nice touch

If you had to take the lifts due to limited mobility it might get a bit annoying in high season. Don't bother with the on site spa

We have really enjoyed our stay in Paloma Oceana. The beach is very nice, comparing the others. You will see it during the walking around. Rooms are clean, and the cleaning service is adequate

The food is tasty, from my point of view, more international. Staff is polite, and service in the restaurant is quite fast taken into account the occupancy of the hotel

It’s also a more familiar hotel, with more senior people and a lot of people coming from Germany, so you are frequently approached in German by the hotel staff

The resort is certainly 5 star with a very relaxed ambience, large pool, sea front and a perfect sandy beach with evening entertainment on a nightly basis. NO hesitation in recommending the Hotel

The hotel is superb, we got more than we expected. The beach is really nice but the entrance in the sea is a bit deep so for non swimmers is a bit of a problem but there is the pool for that

The pool was amazing warm and fairly shallow to be honest but overall nice, there wasn’t much slides but they were nice and fast, the lifeguards always made sure u were safe and weren’t in anyone’s way, the rules at the slides really made you feel safe

The rooms were really nice and spacious the beds were really comfy and extremely clean. The housekeepers would come everyday and clean and make ur bed and stock up ur fridge with drinks

The food was nice especially the sea food but the meat wasn’t really impressing and didn’t have a good taste, the cakes were the same everyday but there was a variety of them

The beach was absolutely beautiful but it would be easily to drown in it. The water goes really deep 4 steps in and the waves are 2 meters tall, it was fun and peaceful though

There is quite a well equipped gym and nice indoor swimming pool. Beach area was well organised with a lot of sunbeds. For the cons: The swimming pools were not heated (it was the end of October) and very cold to swim

Our stay at Marvida Family Eco was amazing. We loved the location, we found the hotel clean and well organized and we enjoyed our time there. The entertainment and the service offered for the kids are also a huge plus

The Kid's club staff was nice and engaged with all the kids and they had great ideas to entertain them. We would like to thank Anna for the time she spent with our kid and with the passion she does her job everyday

Stayed here for 11 nights and literally from beginning to end no complaints at all about the hotel itself and staff. We landed quite late and straightaway we were offered a light meal which was a nice touch

The only negative note was the bathroom too small and the bathroom sink not really comfortable. We will definitely suggest this hotel to family and friends and probably come back

Pretty much getting your money worth. Entertainment; Food and Facilities were all spot on

The beach is sandy, the length is relatively smooth, accurcy in the sand there, but it is on the conscience otdyxa which scrap to the ballot box to reach. Food is average, plus free ice cream at the pool bar

Rooms far away from comfortable as well not new anymore. Some spot places interiors observes paints peels from walls and crack of tiles in bathroom:). Absolutely requires renovation very soon

However we were not sit long in Hotel's room, so it's minor decrease of rank from overall. Besides of room, all around is deserves for five stars. Complex for kids, and for adults. All inclusive deserves for 5+ stars :)

Great location easy walking access to the beach, hotel clean , quality efficient staff, plenty of variety in meals, great bars.pool area spotless...all in all great hotel for couples & families

The hotel is only 45 minutes away from Antalya Airport. We always stay in Lara, therefore thought to change to Side. It's really a lovely town centre, beautiful waters, as if you are in Greece

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well cared for, the area itself is also good if you want to venture out of the hotel ( a visit to see Eddy at Poseidon bar is well worth it, especially if you are a football fan)

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The waiting staff were very attentive, food very tasty, everyone tries very hard. We however all of us contracted Influenza B virus by the end of our trip

A wonderful view on the beach, sea and Side which is ca. Just make sure you get the rooms you were promised. Only complain is the pool, the water temperature is too hot

My daughter had to be hospitalised on return. I'm not sure it's fault of hotel, as they did everything right. Please heat at least 1 of the swimming pools and increase chlorine levels

Parents leave there kids to do what they like round the pool and slides and nobody seems to do anything about it and there's going to be a serious accident

We had 4 days visit in April and that was such a wonderful experience that. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food omg was so delicious that you can't stop eating

Lots of water sports/activities to choose from and the sea was lovely. There was a bus into Side regularly and only 1 euro per person return. Entertainment was a little lacking

Pool bar also had good food during the day and the patisserie with fresh waffles and ice cream was a favourite with the kids

The only disadvantage was the distance to sea

There was the usual sunbed shortage by late morning but there were six of us, two adults and four kids and provided we got to the pool around 8ish we had a good pick of sunbeds and always managed to get six beds for us

We rested from 4 to 11 September 2017. We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, immediately settled in and fed. We drove from the airport, about 1. The hotel is new and modern, built according to the smart home system

There is one girl in lobby bar and her name is tugba. Animation team always positive and friendly. Restaurant service is great and food are so great. Entertainment manager Erdrich is so helpful

The rooms are equipped with silent air conditioners, there is a mini-bar, which is updated every day. The only negative hotel is located very close to 2 other hotels (the area is new, all hotels are close-close)

Everything was great the staff is very friendly. Reccomend it! Very cleaning animation team is so good foot is sweet and very good thank you for everyone

Now, there are only 2 pools that are actually swimmable

First time in turkey and staying at this hotel yes there are lots of German tourist here and you need to like turkey (the food) but rooms are nice and clean and big and staff lovely planning our next trip here

The hotel is beautiful, with its own beach, several pools, of various depths. The contingent is mostly Europeans, respectively, all the animation is tailored for them

We stayed 7 days at this hotel and it was a great value of money. The sea room view was wonderful. The staff was kind and helpful, always there to help with anything! Fish, lamb and beef every single day

Was a good holiday and my first time here. The food is good and i got a nice big room. The waiters are really nice and you can have good talk with them. It was really enjoyable.

One thing that we saw from the beginning was that they changed some alcohol with local/ other brands, which tasted very watery. so one of the main things we loved (good cocktails were already out)

We had some amazing days. All services were very good, nice stuff, very good food and the resort is very clean. We'll come back for sure!

WOW! The best hotel i ever have been to great for kids and adults. Everyday there are performances, like a magic show, Fakír show, Bubble party 🎉, Red night DISCO. There are 4 big pools, 2 Slides, private beach 🏖️

But water in beach is full of big stones and dirty. Lunc and snack is in same time. So from 15 until 19 there is nothing to eat. Ice cream only once a day from 15 to 16 h. Staf don't speak English only German

You cant normaly walk in the water, and it goes on you cant swim without fear of hurt the legs on the rocks

Drink bar is open from 6:00-00:00 And the food bar including All types of melon, orange, peach, plums, chocolate chip cookies muffins and Turkish pancakes opens 12:00-17:00

Hotel was good, rooms were clean and tidy every day. Food were tasty and varied, with a lot of fruit, desserts and icecream. Staff was kindly and helpful

The only negative experience was waitress Emine, which completely ignored guests who were not from Germany. We have noticed this in many cases

Delicious 😋 meals all the time. A-la carte restaurants are pure gems. 🌟❤️ Main buffet restaurant also offers plenty of selection from all around the world cuisine. Pools and hotel premises are upto date and lively

Lifeguard on duty are taking there jobs seriously 👍 All different bars has their own vibe ❤️🌟 Location of the hotel is perfect in Side area. Walking distance to ancient town of side and other attractions

The shows in the evenings are brilliant and start your evenings off beautifully before live music on the terrace to end your evenings with perfection. Looking forward to returning again next year

Murat who served us with drinks at the pool was also amazing :)! On our last day, we had a late flight due to a change by TUI, which wasn't ideal with children, as our flight was at 11 PM

It's very easy to go to Side (ancient city) or Manavgat (shopping in the mall or bazar). Bus stop is located right near the hotel. Beach is very close to the hotel. Inside pool and sauna are also available

Staff were friendly and polite. The only letdown was that the hotel was advertised as having a few restaurants serving different cuisines but when we went only the main restaurant was open

Territory is not big, but it does not influence your rest, if you are doing different activities daily - going sightseeing around Turkey, swimming, visiting beach, going for shopping

Everything is as usual 5 , beautiful for interior room And hall. Minus is a small area, like many hotels in side and also herbs in vases and pedestals

Everything here is great! The staff is helpful, the interiors of the Palace, room 1610 with gorgeous sea views, the food is excellent!
