Great place for family's loads to do in the complex for families and couples. It's right on the beach where there are plenty of watersports if that's your thing or just a sunbathing beach day with a lovely beach bar

Very friendly personals and very delicious food. Especially thanks to Cem in the fitness and thanks him for supporting by him in my gym activities. The pool is clean and there are very interesting events at evening

Take Your pick from the choice of swimming pools to suit you as a family or a couple. This place is a must it's in a beautiful setting. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did

Next day we went to pool and let me tell u this hotel have huge pools room for everyone in it monitored by life gaurds all the time. I have never seen life gaurd so helpfull anywhere. Alot of thing to do for everyone

The water park was very well-maintained, the food was delicious and of decent quality, and overall everything was satisfying. Alcoholic beverages are available, and you can even request premium brands if you like

Whether it was morning pool games, darts , water aerobics, or the lively evening shows, they always managed to make the experience feel fresh and energetic and made a personal effort to connect with guests

Everything is perfect, we've been there before. I think there are more staff in the lobby bar and pool bar. The room was so clean and Nice.

The beach bar must be open until 19. There is no water in the lobby. Any request is received with hostility: there is a full hotel here: come tomorrow🤪 The food is monotonous

Rooms far away from comfortable as well not new anymore. Some spot places interiors observes paints peels from walls and crack of tiles in bathroom:). Absolutely requires renovation very soon

Due to our room type, it meant that we were unable to get a full sea view but I requested via email beforehand to have some sort of view, and we were granted a side sea view where you could also see the pool clearly

Before we arrived, not going to lie we were very concerned after seeing many negative reviews regarding this hotel but we can honestly say we had an excellent time and can't understand what everybody is complaining about! We would say the hotel was predominantly 80% German guests but this did not affect our stay at all

Having been to Turkey several times in hotels like Aska Lara, Sherwood Dreams, Baia Lara and Limak Atlantis meant we were typically used to a high standard, however had not been to the Side area before this

Although towards the back end of the holiday more English guests seemed to be arriving which was nice! Despite this, all of the staff we encountered could speak English and were always so so helpful

The beds were the comfiest I've ever slept in at a hotel and the aircon was perfect, especially with the heat being around 45 degrees on some days it came in handy (some nights even became to cold)

Arriving at around 4am after a long journey we were generally tired but we were pleasantly welcomed by reception and the bellboy, who swiftly took our suitcases upstairs

Some negatives: Smoking everywhere outside, this includes around the pool, and under the seat canopy of the pool, and the outside restaurant areas, this was vapes and cigarettes, and it was constant, it was at the outside bars too, and on the balcony’s, once me and my partner were on our balcony until next door came out and smoked out our vibe - you do you but as non smokers, this was frustrating ...

The excision Jeep/Boat/Waterfall seeing was an extra cost that we paid for with our guide, that had additional costs then on the trip - water guns and balaclavas, and access to the tourist waterfall spot, which was not explained too us when buying the trip

Would we come again, yes, would we recommend it to others, absolutely, was it 5 star, no, but ultimately we had a great time at the resort - and in one of its excursions - the Green Cannon Jeep/Boat/water fall trip

We had a wonderful family vacation at Crystal Sunset. The kids loved playing at the water park and kids’ club, while we enjoyed relaxing at the spa and the wide variety of buffet options

Some positives: The pool was plenty big enough that even at its busiest, there was still enough room for this family of five to play in, with our floats and the floats of others

The excursion Jeep/Boat/Water fall seeing, was fun, the Jeep ride element was a Jeep v Jeep on road water fight, and the kids loved it

A few thank you's to the people who made our holiday special. Iskender in the Animation Team, Eyup in the Restaurant Nesrin in the Pool Bar, and the gentleman who ran the games room

Our room was spacious and clean, the pool area has plenty of room and there is lots going on to keep adults and children entertained

The food was fantastic, with a different theme every night, there was so much choice we didn't even feel the need to use the a la carte restaurants! The animation team work so hard (without being 'pushy') to bring the guests together and ensure that everyone is having a good time

We have had a great time staying innthis hotel. The personel is very friendly and the food is great. The a la carte restaurant is very nice. Mr Hüseyin was very nice and gave us a very welcome feeling.

We had dinner at Aztek Mexicano and it was just amazing. Huseyin was our waiter and did a marvelous job. We’ve been to Turkey many times but this was the best dinner we have ever had in Turkey

The only thing I would like to see is some seating area to have a cocktail/drink as the sun goes down. It's nice to move from your sunbed at the end of the day 😊 thank you Voyage

Plenty of activities to keep you busy, or feel free to just chill by the pool or beach, stuffing your face with tasty food, snacks and desserts

This hotel has everything, and you are spoiled for choice where and what to eat. Plenty busy and quiet areas, even a volley ball court, a must for Hubby, I am happy with cappuccino on tap a sunlounger and my kindle

And all this time perfect Bar team from Sea Bar made absolutely everything their best! Mehmet and Emre everyday created and surprised us with interesting and new cocktails, not even concluded in Menu

As an old saying goes, the Theater begins with the wardrobe. As for the perfect holidays, everything begins with the Bar. This summer 2025 we have been visited Voyage Sorgun in May, June and August

I'd like to mention Ali Dursun the waiter in garden 2 who looked after us for the entire 2 weeks, he is brilliant! Food was fresh and delicious. Rooms were beautifully cleaned everyday

Unfortunately there was minimal pool activity so the usual inflatables, pool party etc hadn’t started yet

Al a carte was amazing, service was excellent, Resturant had a vast variety of food to cater for all tastes, bars friendly with branded drinks, all staff spoke/ understood several languages

We booked 3 a la carts meals, Turkish, Italian and Fondu. Each was unique and tasted great. Great facilities, pool, bar areas and friendly staff

The most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. It started with our arrival when we were given a very warm welcome by the reception staff and taken to our room by a very special young man who made us feel very special

The room was cleaned daily to a very good standard by the very friendly cleaners. The free mini bar was restocked daily. Food: the buffet restaurant served a good variety of local and Mediterranean food and was great

The main pool (with the slides) has been re-tiled since our last visit in 2024 and is looking fab and the beach bar has also had new flooring

Evening entertainment has been great, the family fest was great for children and adults too! Slide pool great, not open all day but pool is still accessible and has the splash pad next to it

Hotel is great, has so many facilities and has a great kids club with so many activities for the children to enjoy. Would definitely recommend visit again. Has the option for different a la carte restaurants

We went all inclusive and the food was great, yes its very similar most days but the choice was enormous so you could choose something new, or an old favourite every day. By far our favourite feature of the hotel pools

I loved it I have been to this hotel for years and it has never disappointed. A few changes happened this year, the slides had a big change

The disco at night was so much fun, The DJ Ahmet was very very good. The music was amazing he made it so loads of people were vibing definitely made the night time there so much fun would definitely go again

Perfection. This resort is meeting all of the demands. And at the disco Ahmet played basically a private set (september) it made the night for us.

The hotel and grounds are spotlessly clean and very well kept, the main pool is huge, and there was never a problem for our group to secure 8 sunbeds around the pool, even in mid-August

Bring the drink quality up to spec. The gardens are wonderful ,always a sunbed around. Above everything the staff at this hotel I can not praise enough. Would we return if certain aspects changed yes

The swimming pools have separate areas depending if you'd like an energetic vibe with aerobics classes, water sports or foam parties. A relaxing area who prefer to chill & relax just enjoying the Turkish sunshine

Overall, Lago Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. With comfortable rooms, excellent food for every meal, and outstanding service, it is the perfect place for both relaxation and enjoyment

The adults are taken care of with wonderful adult only areas and so much for the kids to do with their own water parks covering varying ages

The food I thought for an all inclusive was absolutely amazing I don't see how any one could fault it, plenty to choose from did different cuisine days, burgers, kebabs, Currys, the breakfast had fresh omelettes, pancakes, waffles, there was always something different to have, nice variety of cakes and fruits, and then the al'acarte's aswell

The pools are being cleaned between 12pm-4am, the staff just don't stop they work so hard to make sure they're guests have the best holiday! The only downfall of this holiday I found was a lot of the German background people was very rude, you would stand and hold doors open for them or move out there way and they wouldn't even say thankyou, there was 1 particular elderly couple that we bumped into...

My youngest daughter has additional needs with autism and the way the staff was with her was absolutely amazing, I can tell she had the bestest time! And she hates her pictures taken but Mehmet the photographer took his time and managed to get her smiling for pictures which was amazing as we never manage to get really nice photos of her

My daughter got her foot stuck in the door and had to be rushed down to the doctors but all they staff was there reassuring they'll do what ever to please us which was amazing as it was a bit of a scare as blood was going everywhere

The hotel is superb, we got more than we expected. The beach is really nice but the entrance in the sea is a bit deep so for non swimmers is a bit of a problem but there is the pool for that

If I was trying to find any negatives, I would say the beds and pillows were a bit too hard for our liking and the food selection wasnt really for us. We would have liked more meat, like chicken, beef, bacon, steak etc

Nurallah also looked after us really well on my birthday and was also very friendly and professional. Demitry in the entertainment department (apologies is spelling is incorrect) was also great throughout our holiday

But saying that, we are quite picky as a family with our food. Large selection of food, just a lack of the items mentioned above. Certainly nothing wrong with it, just maybe not our taste

Rifat in the blue bar makes wonderful cocktails and he puts a delicious twist on any cocktail you ask for 10/10 It’s our first day and had a fabulous day food entertainment and hospitality goes above and beyond

a few reservations, what could be improved; 📍when we arrived at 1 am, no one showed us to our room, although a bellboy came with suitcases, but much later and so we were tiredly wandering around the hotel (since it has several blocks) 📍at the "swimming" - "relaxation" pool, some visitors do not follow the instructions, splash balls in the water, throw themselves into the water and make it unpleasant...

The lifeguard warns them and cancels these water activities, but it happens every day and it is annoying for swimmers, because it is the only pool where they can swim happily without inflatables, screaming and splashing

There are several bars and restaurants with imported drinks and very good food. The pool area is beautiful, the water is perfect. The beach is sandy and big, the sea is shallow, perfect for children as well

The water in august is unbelievable warm. We cannot compare with other hotels but next time we will not risk and choose this hotel again :)

To the sea walk about 4 minutes through a wonderful park, you can reach the sea on an electric car (they drive from morning to evening and even take people to evening performances) There are plenty of sunbeds by the sea, there are fewer sunbeds by the pool, but there is always room

Lots of water sports/activities to choose from and the sea was lovely. There was a bus into Side regularly and only 1 euro per person return. Entertainment was a little lacking

Staff are friendly and helpful - particular mention of reception (Alper, Okan and Melih) and entertainment teams - Casper was a favourite with the whole family. Lots of activities, close to the beach
