WARNING – Disgusting Hotel Masquerading as 5-Star, Slippery Staff and Zero Standards This so-called “5-star” hotel is a complete scam. What they advertise as luxury is, in reality, one of the dirtiest, most uncomfortable, and unprofessional places I’ve ever stayed at. Frankly, it barely deserves one star. Cleanliness: The room reeked of mold and stale cigarette smoke. Dust was collecting in every corner, the sheets had visible stains and hairs from previous guests, and the bathroom was an absolute health hazard. The shower had black mold, and the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days – if not weeks. Staff: By far the worst part. The hotel staff were slimy and made the whole experience feel unsafe. Instead of offering respectful, professional service, they acted inappropriately with flirtatious, borderline creepy comments. It felt like being watched, not welcomed. Zero professionalism, zero boundaries. Facilities: Filthy pool, “gym” with broken machines in a sweaty, unventilated room, and a spa that was “temporarily closed” with no explanation. Every complaint was met with a shrug – like they didn’t care at all. Breakfast: Absolutely inedible. Cold, dry leftovers that looked like they had been sitting out since the day before. They called it a buffet – I call it a joke. Bottom line: Do not be fooled by the photos or misleading descriptions. This place is not luxurious, not clean, and definitely not safe. The website pictures are very deceiving, it is very dark and could use better lighting. Upon arrival granted this was 1am, the man at the reception desk had very little English. We were given a duplex room instead of the 2 bedroom apartment as booked. We challenged this and were told to speak to the manager next day. Next day we advised them and we were not given an apology but instead offered late check out. We refused this as we had paid extra to get a 2 bedroom apartment. We were told there were none left and we said we were not happy about this. They then said if we could stay another night, then they'll move us next day after breakfast. As a travel agent, I had emailed them 2 weeks prior requesting to have an official meeting with them to forge a business relationship. I didn't get a response and even when i mentioned this at the desk, they were not bothered. The hotel facilities were sub standard, the spa was not fully functional. It could do with a refurb, only bedrooms and some parts of the hotel had air con. Internet instructions on welcome letter outdated and incorrect, we had to go to reception for them to log us into WIFI. Connection wasn't good at the hotel it was hit and miss Customer service was really bad, it was not communicated about swimming towels being changed between 1600hrs-1800hrs downstairs in the spa. Man in the spa, was busy on his mobile and served me whilst he continued with his conversation. When going to the reception desk, the staff were not attentive, they would be on their phones and would not acknowledge your presence. It was not clear who staff were as some did not wear uniform. The room set up was weird, double bed was near the door and second bedroom had singles were I would have had it the other way round. Food was ok, it was average, there was something to choose from, every night there was a BBQ or something different outside the restuarant. There were several occassions where there weren't enough plates Overall a poor stay and we had to make the most of the the stay

We arrived at the hotel just after midnight. There was only one person at reception. No one around to take to luggage to the room. Hardly anyone spoke english so was difficult to communicate. food was same everyday and very bland. one of my husbands designer top went missing. I was told it may have flown away, but I feel it was stolen. Most staff could not help as they didn’t understand englisg. The waiters were all so nice and attentive yet whenever we needed to speak to the manager she was not around or we were told she is not here. Only once managed to meet her regarding my complaint about my husbands top. She never got back to me. If you are not fussed about all this then you can book this hotel, however, I cane to turkey 17 years ago and since then not much has change. Hopefully I will not be returning.

I regret to say that the hotel is not worth even 3 stars.
Let me start with the arrival: when we arrived at the hotel at night, the hotel interior was lit only with a pale light indicating deep savings in electricity. The reception staff was unpleasant and downright disgusted by the arrival of guests.
At first glance, the room seemed fine, but it was enough to lie down in bed to find that there was sand in the bedding, which allowed us to assume that the bedding had not been replaced, only adjusted on the bed.
The bathroom probably never belonged to a 5-star hotel, even right after the hotel was built.
Cleaning the room only consisted of adjusting the bedding and changing the towels. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not come up with the idea of ​​replenishing the shower gel or hand soap.
I have no major complaints about the amount of food available, although its quality could be better. The cutlery and plates do not deserve even the lowest rating.
Only one bar available by the pool in the hotel. The lobby bar and the beach bar are unavailable. All inclusive is an unknown expression in this hotel. The bar only serves alcohol in combination with Coca-Cola or Sprite. Any other combination (here called a cocktail) requires an additional fee of 5 euros each time. Juices squeezed on site cost 2 euros for a small cup.
In general, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, even if it is at a very good price.

No Good 2 star hotel Do Not Book you will waste your money and spoil your holiday no one speaks English everyone looks miserable the older hotel staff will try it on with you like absolute ******* staff is Rude if your looking to save some money trust me you will be wasting all your money do not book

Very poor service not a good place if you don't speak German no English speaking staff no information given out to you keep running out of stuff no sugar free drinks apart from Pepsi max which they run out off nearly every day poorly run food is OK staff can be grumpy but the hotel is nice looks good.

This hotel is by first the worst hotel I've ever stayed in,rude staff food poisoning which 4 out of 6 of us got!!!!!!! Locked us out of our room insisting on money with our passports in there,drinks are disgusting,food kept from lunch all the way through until dinner and even put out the next day,the hotel takes no responsibility for any of the problems and love holidays I will never book through again. AVOID this hotel at all costs as it ruined our family holiday

We were forced by Love Holidays to go to this hotel after a cancellation. We met 4 other families who were forced to go to this hotel and every one of them had complaints and all went to Love Holidays who did not help. This hotel says they have 3 bars. They have one by the pool. They advertise as 5 stars. This is barely a 3 star hotel. They say all inclusive. This does not include alcohol at lunch, no cocktails no fresh orange. We were double booked and they forced us to another hotel which was like a prison block for the night. On our return late the next morning we were given a room without air conditioning. It took all day to get another room which we couldnt move to until the next day. There were many other issues regarding the food and the facilities. We met two "reps" who apparently dont work for Love Holidays (or do and LH lied about that too) On our return Love Holidays ignored all of our complaints as the HOTEL LIED about everything related to our stay. They said there are 3 bars and Love holidays didnt question it. They lied and said they gave us a free sade. When I gave the receipt to Love Holidays they ignored it. Love holidays protect the hotel not the customer and this hotel lies blatantly without repercussion. I will never use Love Holidays again and suggest NO ONE BOOKS THIS HOTEL. I have proof and photos and recipts to back this up. But Love Holidays isnt part of the ABTA and cant be held to account as they hand it all over to the hotel who know they can get aaway with it. Disgusting.
