The pool areas were in good condition, offering plenty of space for everyone, and the beach was well-maintained with ample sun loungers, lots of water-sports available right on the beach. Four large flume slides were also open throughout the day.
However, for a five-star hotel, I expected the rooms to be of a higher standard. Despite this, they were cleaned daily, and the mini-bar was restocked. For the limited time we spent in the rooms, they were comfortable enough. Additionally, waffles, ice creams, crepes and mobile snack units were available throughout the day, adding to the overall experience.
The team even made a birthday breakfast table for my daughter’s 12th birthday with a cake and happy birthday song and a bottle of champagne, nice touch.
Just a short walk to 2 large malls, McDonald’s and lots of restaurants
We would definitely recommend and may even be back
The pools are ideally located and a good depth for kids who can swim.
The sun lounger situation is like WWIII trying to get one. Even although they say you shouldn't reserve them with towels. People would pop on a towel at 5am and leave it all day.
The rooms need a bit of TLC and you can hear conversations through the walls.
