2 years ago I gave note = 5. This year it would be 4 if our stay ended normally. But intstaed when unpacking,I realized that my cosmetic bag is missing. I can see 2 realisitic scenarios: 1) I left it at the room and housekeeping didn't give it back to "lost and found" 2) it was stolen when luggage was kept in closed luggage room. Option 1 seems much more possible, either way, cannot trust this place anymore and will not come back and stop recommend

Enjoyed the holiday but reception aren't the friendly and very rude not a hotel if your British seems more suited for German's.

I came here with my family and was in a hurry to leave this place to another hotel. Upon arrival at this hotel I was met with a scowl by the concierge after he saw that I was wearing a hijab, I was made to feel further unwelcome as he refused to help us take our luggages inside. Both I and my other family members saw that he was welcome all the white Europeans with a big smile and positive energy whilst he kept his horrible scowl for us. If you are a person of colour, or you wear items of religious clothing do not expect to be welcomed here.
By the night of our 1st day here we booked another hotel online and left this horrible hotel the next morning.

We had really great stay in the hotel. Mostly we enjoyed beach and pool. The only downside is the habit of people to “reserve” sunbeds at the pool and leave towels there all day without actually using the place but there was an attempt of staff to fight this a bit. Thanks to this we often managed to grab 1-2 sunbeds when we came there. Kids activity is limited but kids enjoyed the stay anyway. Pool was clean, temperature 31C. Staff really friendly, waiters polite and asking if we want more drinks (unlike other hotels where they usually came once per dinner if at all). Great variety of food and drinks (see below). Great location (see below). AC working well. Bottom line, it is the hotel where I feel welcomed and it deserves the 5 stars review.

I spent 14 days relaxing with my family in this wonderful hotel. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, every day there is a buffet. Lovely clean rooms. We had a rest during the World Cup in Russia, for this purpose they brought a projector with a huge screen into the hotel courtyard, it was a pleasure to watch!!! The hotel has Russian-speaking staff, which was also nice. In general, a great option for a long, relaxing holiday!!!

This place is amazing 👏. But we had 2 issues. The room was cleaned every day and it is very suitable for your needs . And there's everything you need in the bathroom from fresh towels to cotton buds. The bed was to hard. I had backache, and its two singles pushed together. And the shower goes hot and cold . But we will be going back. You are made very welcome, and friendly.

Just finishing a 2 week stay here and have really enjoyed it all the staff are very friendly and attentive nothing is to much trouble, rooms and hotel are always kept very clean and tidy, the beach bar is very good and easier to get a sunbed than by the pool! Food is good for lunch and dinner the food for breakfast could do with a bit more of a choice, if u like omelettes and fruit and pancakes u will be alright, I would definitely come back on my experience😀

We decided to take this hotel due to its proximity to Side ancient city center. It is a decent hotel with all necessary things one can need for summer vacation. We had an all inclusive arrangement. Top things at this hotel are super service and customer care. Also food was excellent with every day variety and theme days. The pool area is also huge and nicely arranged. The hotel is super clean and they were paying attention to organise every night some theme events (salsa, turkish nights, dancing etc.). Some downsides are a bit outdated rooms which are not that well sound isolated so you can easily hear neighbours and outside distractions. Also I would say this is not a hotel for younger kids since almost every day there are very loud pool activities which are making day rest impossible.

The staff are absolutely incredible honestly do so much for you , so many things going on everyday all very friendly and love to sit and chat with you. The pool is very big the hotel itself is big and nice. More of an older crowd but it’s nice and peaceful. Drinks are very strong would easily be 5 stars if it wasn’t for the food. I read so many reviews and all praised the food however I am not a picky eater but the variety was quite small and mostly cold all the time and some dry and to say this is a 5 star hotel very disappointed with it
