I booked last minute so it was down to price and because it had good reviews. We stayed for 2 weeks - we are from London. Two weeks can be done as long as you break it up and do outings etc. I think it is better to stay less than two weeks but you can make it work... I wouldn't stay here again but if you are going then I would recommend going to the beach as much as possible - the food is much better, I don't ever eat pizza but the pizzas were so good on the beach. The other food was nicer too compared to the main restaurant. Go to the old town on the coast which is a 10 euro taxi ride away and eat there just to get away from the all inclusive mode and for a change of scenery. It is really beautiful with old ruins and lovely restaurants on the coast. The tourist shops were over priced but nice to look around. It is a noisy hotel but we were able to sleep as you just blank it out as we were so relaxed by bed time. The hotel is a shell - poorly insulated for noise...but if I can deal with it then most people could - take ear plugs. Some of our friends were too hot in there rooms with huge windows - air con is off over easter! They went to the mall and bought fans. The hotel need to reconsider this...some rooms face the sun so some guests will need it. Bring a travel iron as they don't supply them. There is a launderette about 10 mins walk away - the hotel prices are ridiculous. I would bring some Turkish money but do not wait for the airport or the cash machines as they charge and don't give a good rate. If you book tours do that online and not from the tourist offices as they over charge, If you do any of the day trips such as the jeep safari bring your own food - £4 for an ice cream. The hotel restaurant used way too much salt (I like salt but this was crazy). I got food poisoning from eating the Turkish bread with meat made near the pool. So go for the veg version. Bring electrolytes and any meds you need. Some of the food was ok - they had a grill outside the main restaurant so check that out. I would just be prepared to eat out at times. Trying to book the other restaurant in the hotel was a nightmare - we didn't make it once in two weeks. They need to change the booking process of queuing a few days before in the office. The pasta station was good for kids... The animation team were great with the kids. I would suggest that the mini disco to have different formats and music as it just got repetitive and it was too loud after a few days. The day activities were fun,... the t-shirt painting they announce has a 16 euro cost which they don't tell you about until later so I wish they were clearer with things like this. The area immediately outside the hotel is residential and let's it down - not much going on so be prepared to walk/take taxis. Download google translate app wit Turkish so you can communicate with staff/people I was so nervous my child would not enjoy it but there were plenty of English speaking (and oth

Spent 10 nights at the hotel from the 11th of July Let’s get the bad stuff out the way first Hotel classes as 5 star but on our experience of 5 star hotels this one is a 4 star which is exactly what jet2 also band it as and the reasons are: Ice cream/lce lollies are only available for 1 hour a day at the snack bar but 2 hours at the beach, to which the queue is big. Lifeguard at the pool was almost non existent and when he was there he just sat in a chair and not looking around. For the size of the hotel 3 lifts aren’t enough for the size of the hotel. Premium alcohol drinks were only in the lobby bar to which you had to specify what you wanted if not you got local drinks, also the soft drinks were draft and only Pepsi, 7up and local orange. Mini bar only had a few soft drinks and a couple of bottles of water (we had to keep bringing more water to our room) Entertainment was only 6 days a week but totally appreciate that everyone is entitled to days off. When the bars close for the night it’s definitely goodbye and goodnight as right on time the bar is closed and lights out. Games area is all chargeable and definitely not like the website photos but the people running it were very pleasant. Same for the cocktails bar this again cost money but the couple were very friendly. Now for the great parts! Hotel was spotlessly clean Plenty of selection for food at the restaurant, beach and snack bar areas. We had Mexican food at the a la carte restaurant, which was brilliant and the staff were tremendous and went out their way to make our night extra special. Bus to the beach was no longer than a 10 minute wait but it’s 2 buses doing the rounds and take approximately 4 minutes each direction to which loungers were available anytime of the day while we were there. All the staff that we had dealings with were unbelievable people and we must make special mention to Mehmet Șahin the waiter from the restaurant to the bar couldn’t be more polite and helpful (although his Scottish is a bit dodgy haha) Then I move onto Burak Gülal from the entertainment team who couldn’t be more friendly and never ignored when passing and was the perfect host for the morning and afternoon darts. Although his choice of small Turkish football club is debatable 😂 The question would be would we go back to the hotel? We would answer with a strong yes now that we know of the pros and cons of the hotel. I finish this with the good old chant from the darts. “Pool, pool, pool, pool”

The hotel rooms and facilities are of a good standard (apart from the gym which is run down) but there are too many negatives which spoil the holiday experience. Everything is set to times - you have to get your pool towels between certain times in the morning and take them back between 5 and 7 at night. The aqua park is only open for 2 hours in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, which is restrictive - we booked this hotel mainly for the water slides and the main pool gets too crowded. they even turn the little kids pool water slides off! Ice creams only on a set time each afternoon from 3, you have to que book a la carte restaurants from 10 each day and can only book for the next day. The availability is all gone by 10.30. Heaven forbid a person wants to enjoy their holiday and relax - why not give people a reservation when they check in? All the timing and ques are stressful. There aren’t enough sunbeds at the pool for the amount of people staying here and you have to get up fairly early. The sunbeds are packed in so tight when you stand up your bum is in your neighbours face. There aren’t enough seats in the snack bar or restaurant and if you go at peak times you are walking around 10 mins to find somewhere to sit. Ques at the bar are off putting they need more staff. Lastly there is a big ring of dirt round the side of the island in the pool which just needs scrubbing off- you would think this would be maintained regularly but just seems to be left it’s gross and looks unclean Didn’t have any issues with cleanliness in the rooms and the food was ok for adults and kids. The a l carte restaurant is good but they don’t give a menu or even any clues to what you might be getting like a menu on the table… the food just turns up. Do think the limiting of the a l carte to one visit is not enough especially if here longer than a week. There were empty tables when we went yet it was “fully booked” so likely short of staff.

My experience was terrible, when I first got here we were treated amazingly, but soon things went downhill! We were informed that they had over booked so we had to stay in the neighbouring hotel the side resort. IT WAS TERRIBLE! Old and manky compared to the “ 5 star hotel” we had booked. There was no air con, the staff were rude, the food was GROSS, the shops were wayyyy overpriced and don’t get me started on the room. So that morning we were picked up from side 15mins late, and were transported to Arnor and at first it was great but over the days we realised the staff would ignore children and let other guests push in front of them and the food at the snack bar was always the same! Plain white rice, sausages and burgers. On our second to last day, we were meant to go to the land of legends (an amazing theme park) and due to other circumstances(not including the hotel) weren’t able to go and booked it for the next day but they had to have a “time change but told at the exact same time as it originally was! Anyway that night and 11:50 we had a call from reception to confirm the “time change” and it woke us all up! One night we went to the Ala carte and you have to eat what ever is put on your plate and all of it was gross! Although for the first few days the pool and water slides were good (although some slides you have to push your self) and we have made some good memories and have been on some good day trips.

The music at the pool is too high, that gives you headace and not possible to relax. And its ALL day. Was traveling with a child that is sound sensitive, he hated beeing at the pool because the music was too loud.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel. It's brand new, the rooms and grounds are in good condition, the staff really tries to make guests feel comfortable. I recommend visiting the spa, the massage therapist Kemal is beyond praise. The animation team at Burcu Fatih Esra is just super! Always cheerful, they do zumba, darts, and aqua gymnastics. They are the best, it's always a lot of fun by the pool and in the lounge bar. The bartender Ali is very welcoming. We will come here again and recommend it to friends!
