I stayed here on business recently. Service here was quick and friendly, food at the market place was convenient and good. The gym was also very nice and clean. My issues are with the parking and with the room. The shower couldn’t get very hot at all, there was a lot of visible dust everywhere, and the bathroom was very cramped. Parking was ridiculously expensive ranging from $27-35 daily for self-parking and $55 for valet parking. I was constantly leaving the hotel and returning for work, so all of those parking fees definitely added up. Other than that, the hotel was conventionally located to where I needed to be and was easy to navigate. I don’t think it’s worth the price point at all, but I had a safe and adequate time staying here.

Love this place. Everything was perfect. I loved the bar in the lobby. The staff was perfect. I can only say personally that the sightseeing elevators on both ends of the bank of elevators was designed by a demon. I HATED getting on those elevators. Being able to see all the floor because it was enclosed in glass as you're going up, or you're going down is just traumatic. 2 of the elevators are located on the outside of the building, so that when you get onto them, you can see the skyline as you're going up and it is horrifying. I am quite sure that some people think it is beautiful and romantic but not for me. Everything else was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. It’s older but been renovated, and very chic inside.
The service in every department was outstanding!! The Valet gentleman gave me local recommendations to eat. The front desk were helpful throughout my stay, and checked on me each day by text. The cafe was well stocked with a wide variety of options for food, snacks and drinks, and the staff were all so attentive and kind. The restaurant had an abundant buffet…. And the lady who cooks the omelettes made my mornings bright with her energy, smile and laughter. Housekeeping was incredibly efficient and respectful. I don’t remember the last time I had such a wonderful all-around experience at a hotel. And I was there for five nights!! Big thanks to the staff for creating experiences that made my stay very special.

Everything was about what I expected from a downtown Atlanta Hilton other than two things:
The bathrooms are nicely redone within the past few years but the layout seems weird with a very small counter and the shower head is oddly off to one side and low. Maybe we were in a handicap room but even if that was the case it would have still been weird.
The bigger shocker was the event going on the same time we were there. Now more than ever I want to know what events or conferences are going on in a hotel before I book a room because I would have definitely chosen somewhere else to be. 😳

The hotel is in a good location. Attractions like Coca-Cola and the Aquarium are within walking distance.
The room is pretty good and clean, with a great view from the window.
The buffet could be improved; it had very few options.
Room service is quite good. However, the service at the reception could be improved; there is room for improvement in the behavior of the reception staff.
The laundry charges are too high. Check the prices before giving your clothes for washing. You need to bring clothes to the reception for cleaning. Additionally, I had to collect my clothes from the reception; considering the high cost, they should provide pick-up and drop-off from the room.

Very beautiful and comfortable stay! There was plenty of parking in their garage (under the building and on another street, which took a bit to figure out) and the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were a decent size, they were clean and tidy when I arrived. When I had problems with service, the staff responded quickly and went above and beyond with their professionalism and courtesy. The market/cafe is a little pricey and the hotel itself is quite large (not the largest in downtown Atlanta), but it is in a great location and I would definitely return on a future trip.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any room. This site compares countless booking sites and usually offers rooms for much less than others! Thanks later! This is the best rated place in the area. I've lived here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights, you will definitely not be let down. Great location with safe parking and good amenities. I was visiting a friend and had a great time. Parking was a bit tricky though

I came into town for a wedding, checked in online, but was told I needed to stop by the desk to get access to the room because the key system was down. I arrived at 4 with plenty of time for a 6 PM wedding 3 mikes away. Although already checked in, it took over 45 minutes to get through the check in line. Getting from the parking garage to the hotel beforehand took 20 minutes. I had to pay $50 a piece for the two rooms I had to cover incidentals and parking if one car. I dashed up stairs, quickly changed, but missed the wedding. I got there in time to see the bride and groom come out. We checked out the following day, and was refunded one of the $50, but was told that $32 would come out of the other $50 and $18 would be refunded shortly. I checked my bank account and noticed I was charged another $32. Never saw the $18 and was charged an extra $32 for parking. Ridiculously long wait time even if you check in online and I am owed my original $50 back since they charged my card an extra $32 for parking. Definitely not worth it!!!
