Loews Atlanta Hotel

I’m so thankful for Melissa she help me out a lot. If it wasn’t for her I really don’t know how well it would have went! Thank you for understanding me, I appreciate you so much. It was a great environment. Very clean and great atmosphere.

Loved this place!
We stayed here for 3 nights. Atlanta treated us well, and Loews was definitely part of this good treatment.
Parking was $26 for self-park, and $40 for valet parking, kind of pricey to me, but given that it's in midtown area, the price was understandable.
VERY clean room; lobby area and room area smelled GOOD. We felt comfortable just like home.
Room service was good - even cared to reorganize our shoes. This nice gesture would definitely leave good impression in our mind.
Front desk was extremely nice! Should definitely keep them there - first impression is important.
Food was good (Salt Wood Restaurant - will review this later) especially breakfast! The only hiccup was that we tried to dine in on Memorial night and asked to confirm the night before, but the restaurant was still closed when we came down.

Stylish, up-market, modern hotel. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious (separate shower and tub) and felt new; and mattresses were firm but comfy. Self-parking and valet both available. Conveniently located off Peachtree St, with a charming, dimly-lit, European-style restaurant (Intermezzo) located right next door. Staff were a little cold but to be expected in a big city. The lobby is bizarrely colder than necessary. On the plus side, this hotel had green tea in the room, which I appreciated!

Margaret created a fantastic customer experience. I had a long day of travel, I was not feeling well and the room wasn't ready when I checked in, granted I was early, but I am usually accommodated. Margaret did not give me a line from a customer service script. She showed real empathy, and got me in a room is less than 30 minutes. She made me a priority and that is why I will keep coming back. Huge shout out to the manager Fatima. I told her about my experience and she was so warm, kind and welcoming, i felt compelled to give her a hug, which I did. People make the hotel, the business, not the brick and mortar. They both represent Loews extremely well.

Everyone keeps telling me that Loews has a great lunch menu. Since Colony Square has been under renovation, I've run out of lunch options. Last week, I decided to walk down to Loews and check it out. It's not a quick meal, but the food is great and the service is pretty good too. I'll be back again soon.

Nice upscale hotel. Was there for meetings and the food was good and catered to dietary restriction. Lobby bar had great service.

Top notch Hotel. Full amenities, shared parking, with local shopping, within walking distance. Parking was an extra expense not planned for. But overall a great experience, none the less.

I plan to go here for my birthday and I was gonna to the Four Seasons because that was my first choice but, they’re all booked and this was the next best option. I have never been to the Four Season hotel nor this hotel but based on the pictures I MUCH prefer this just cause it looks nicer and the service rates are higher than Four Season Hotel. When I told my friends they was all like “why not 5 Star” and I told them because they were all booked and this one looks nicer. AND if you wanna get technical here.....you guys are rated 4.5, Four Seasons I’d rated 4.7 yes it is a little more but it is all in the perspective of the way you want to see things I say that you guys are a five but hey who am I to judge. Thank you I should see you some time in August or September ?

Absolutely amazing staff, nice rooms, but needs a but of upgrading . But it was pet friendly. I enjoyed my stay, but hopefully the add microwaves. Friendly staff. I loved it
