Overall I would give this hotel a 8/10. The ambience and layout was gorgeous! Great location close to plenty of amenities. The only I didn't really care for was the shower in the bathroom. There's no sliding glass door, it's open except for a glass partition so it wasn't steamy hot how I'd prefer. Other than that everything else was great!

Eric, Eric, Eric!! Go see Eric!! He took such good care of my friends and I during our stay. I’m so appreciative of his hospitality and warm energy during our stay. I worked in hotel management for years and I know you only find a gem like that in this industry every once and awhile. An asset to the team and brand is an understatement. He was the cherry on top of a wonderful stay, gorgeous hotel, and prime location. I will be back next time I’m in ATL.

Adding to my previous review, the rooms are not as nice as you think. I stayed in 2622 and as soon as you walk in there is water damage ALL over the wall to the left. The desk under the TV also was peeling HORRIBLY. There is no streaming service on the TV. Just basic cable channels and the Home Screen is pretty outdated. Kind of ridiculous for the price you pay and the “standard” of what they think this hotel is. Showers do not have an actual door so water gets ALL over the floor and they have some kind of pipe issues because all I could heard in addition to other people’s noise was pipes banging? That’s the best way I can describe it.

The actual rooms are okay and the lobby/bar area are really nice. HOWEVER, this was a horrible stay. I had to call the front desk TWICE about one unit playing music so loud the wall was shaking and another unit with all unsupervised underage kids slamming the doors, running up and down the hall and DRINKING, BOTH nights we stayed. Valet parking is a MESS. They charged us $75/night when it should have been I believe $60 or $65 per the sign outside. NO ONE provided me with an answer as to why I was charged for an oversized vehicle rate when we have a ALTIMA. They are VERY unorganized. You’ll be waiting on your car over 20 minutes. We then went out one night and our entire key fob fell apart. I can only image it’s from them just tossing people’s keys to each other and just being reckless. We also get back home and realize they also messed up our car rims. Do better, especially at the rate you charge people for valet. They also have ridiculous prices at the bar on top of added gratuity. We got 3 regular drinks the first night and it’s was $70. Absolutely ridiculous. You can definitely find better places to stay in the area versus this one.

Loved staying at this hotel. Very good location, super close to everything. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The Valet team was always so nice and kind. Great bar inside also! Will definitely stay again next time we are in the city!

Great Marriott hotel. I was upgraded to the "Wow Suite" as an Ambassador Elite. The room we found was amazing and spacious as well as a great view. Highly recommended if you are in the city. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when making your reservation. They compare thousands of booking sites and usually offer prices much cheaper than others! Please :)! This place is one of my favorites in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place, you definitely won't be disappointed. Great Marriott property. I was upgraded to the "Wow Suite" as an Ambassador Elite. The room we found was amazing and spacious as well as a great view. Highly recommended if you are in the city. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great beds, great rooms and hotel. Would be 5star but for the way-way-way overstocked "minibar" in the hotel room. Batten down the hatches quick, or you might find sneaky fingers opening up a $5 pack of M&Ms. Had the hotel mentioned such a thing was in the room I'd have requested it's removal prior to checkin. I thought these died in the 1990s.

My first room had a hole in the wall, and two lights and the phone didn't work. They were supposed to fix the room while I was out for the day. When I returned that evening, the concierge knew nothing about it. He read notes on my account and said that somehow this was missed. He told me to pack my things and they would move me to another room.
Room number two had two missing light bulbs (desk lighting) and two other lamps did not work. When I told them at check out, they said, "oh, sorry."
I also tried to make an appointment at Bliss twice. The first time, no one answered and the phone never went to voice mail. The second time the call immediately went to voice mail (both tries we're during posted open hours) but no one returned my message.
I was traveling for work and was hoping for a high end, relaxing stay. I left frustrated.

Okay visit but have to make sure you are getting what you paid for. Missed food with meal, forgot drink tickets and free valet service, forgot to bring dog bed and bowl, and discount on spa services. Don't offer the services if you don't plan on honoring them. Also, my room was next to a door the maid staff came in and out of and they started speaking loudly and slamming doors early in the morning. And to top it off I found a roach in a my room this morning. Now wondering if I should shake my stuff before leaving. Staff nice and room was clean and nice.
