The hotel is beautiful! The location is perfect! Close to everything you need. The rooms are amazing and spacious! I had a weird customer service experience on my first night with a woman who lied about an engineer coming to my room when I waited an hour and no one came to find out that they didn't have any engineers on staff to help with my issue at all. I also had another experience with a woman who told me I couldn't get a late check out because of the rate I had. I am a gold elite member, I don't get too many perks but always get a late check out no matter my "rate". But the FIVE STAR rating is all because of Ms. Kay at the front desk! She literally exceeded all of our expectations! She treated me and my family like her own family and that is the best and most efficient customer service. I was thinking of staying again next week just because she picked up the ball that was dropped and kept shooting for the moon! I am speechless at the time and care she took with us. She moved my room due to technical issues, helped move our luggage to our new room, confirmed the room was ok before the move, and REFUSED the tip I so desperately wanted her to have. I am beyond grateful to have had the chance to meet such a superstar! KAY at the front desk is the bomb! And I was not provoked at all to write this!!! She deserves a raise and I will definitely be back, short of the power of Kay! Thank you for your kindness, and thank you for making my birthday special! Hope you are here on my next visit!

Upon arrival we received a call that the hotel had experienced some kind of system error and our two bedroom suite was no longer available. After an 8 hour car ride with four children (one of whom was 18 months old) I was very upset. All the hotels were fully booked. To my surprise, the manager Rachel exceeded all expectations. Our room was still comfortable and Rachel made sure there was a crib and a bassinet in it so everyone could sleep comfortably. Thank you so much Rachel for still making us feel welcome and accommodated. Ps. She brought my mom a bottle of red so she could relax. THANK YOU!

The location is great. The proximity to everything we needed made the stay easy. The food in the restaurant was top notch and the service was extraordinary. Check in could have been smoother. What I really liked was that concerns were addressed immediately. Most importantly the bed was comfortable, the views were great and the room was gorgeous. Will definitely be back.

Met colleagues for drinks at the bar. Less than exiting for a hotel bar. Handed a menu but there was more beer available on draft than listed on the menu. This was not pointed out when I asked about draft beers. Bartender was not bad but could be better. Unless you have business at the hotel, consider other bars in the area. $7 for Michelob? C'mon. Aloft hotel was $3.27 Michelob bottles.

I am a repeat guest at the Twelve. Whenever my friends and I visit Atlanta for Dragon Con, we take it as a given that we will stay there. The staff are usually courteous, and the hotel itself is sited well with respect to the convention. The most outstanding feature, however, is that each guest room has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and range. To go along with these, the staff will provide cookware upon request. This allows guests the tremendous benefit of being able to buy groceries and save money by not having to eat at restaurants for every meal during their trip.

Our stay was amazing! The moment we parked the car, I felt like everyone that worked there wanted us to feel at home.
STAFF...
The valet helped my daughter unload the car and made sure we got inside. By the time they had gotten our luggage inside the lobby, we were checked in. Checking in was so easy! They were so nice and made everything so simple.
I was planning on spending nights in the room watching movies we had brought, having some mother-daughter time, but apparently new TVs had been installed so we couldn't plug up a DVD player. That was very upsetting since it was one reason I chose the facility. But they sent an engineer up to the room VERY quickly who tried so hard to get it to work. There were also issues with Netflix so we settled for cable. At least there was HBO! We also asked for extra blankets which were delivered so quickly I was impressed. My daughter loved that we returned to our room each night with the beds made and her teddy bears sitting nearly on the pillows.
We ordered room service for breakfast each morning and what a way to start the day! Each morning a different staff member delivered our food but they were all so nice. And the food was amazing - pancakes, French toast, bacon, and fresh fruit.
The morning we were checking out, I noticed we were charged for parking which should have been included in our package. I called the front desk, expecting to put up a fight and instead was quickly told they would take care it.
The biggest issue I had, which was really tiny, was asking that our car be brought around at a specific time in hopes of getting to dinner on time, but when we got downstairs, it was as if we never asked for the car to be bright around.
RESIDENCE...
Our view was unbelievable. Unfortunately, it was way too windy to hang out on the balcony for more than a picture.
The living area was separated from the bedroom by a walkway, but no door. It was actually perfect as I wanted time for my daughter and I to be together but with just enough privacy so she could watch tv while I napped.
The shower was amazing in a huge bathroom.
My daughter loved the bed but it was a bit too hard for me. The glass walls gave an incredible view but as soon as the sun was up, the room lit up. We clipped the curtains together at night to make sure we could sleep in a bit.
LOCATION...
We were just a few blocks from the aquarium, which was our main destination. We had dinner reservations in other areas of Atlanta and I was amazed at how easy it was to get to and from everywhere.
We're already making plans to return and I would stay here every time we visit the area!

Nice hotel.. Very helpful staff. The cleaning lady did everything she could to help me set-up for a romantic night.. Clean with beautiful scenery.

Room was good. We have a small child and hoped that there would be a door between the living area and the bedroom. Our son was still able to get to sleep, but it would be nice to have an actual door. The room has a great cooking area, but there are no can openers. Don't buy any can goods if you are cooking. They don't provide you with a dish rag or a sponge. Overall the room was great. Just may not have been the best room for parents with a toddler.

What a Fabulous place to stay. We chose this "stay-cation" location because of it's close proximity to restaurants, it's on sight restaurant and bar and superior views. The rooms are sleek and modern. Fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge and oven. Granite counter with breakfast bar. The staff was warm and friendly. Will definitely recommend ?
