The Candler Hotel Atlanta, Curio Collection by Hilton

This hotel was so beautiful. The customer service from the whole staff was impeccable! I would recommend and stay here again and again. Special thanks to Kory that helped me get checked in. He was so friendly and helpful. The valet drivers were wonderful and the tall bellman. Than you all for a wonderful stay. The icing on the cake was the singing in the lobby.

Our room was gorgeous and the hotel itself holds a very 1920s charm. The staff were kind. The only reason why I give it 4/5 was the lack of a microwave for guest use. It’s incredibly wasteful of guests’ money and food in general to not be able to heat up leftovers. If they could have one in the front desk or in the rooms, it would be a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful experience at The Candler. Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Would 100% stay there again. We checked in as a large group but the front desk kept things moving very efficiently. We were also given these adorable candle keys to use as drink coupons at the bar. This place has so much history and the bartender was so informative about everything. We will definitely be back!

The Candler Hotel was absolutely amazing. Jerome and Tyler at the concierge desk made the experience so much more. Tyler made sure our room was upgraded with no hassle. Jerome waited on us and personalized our stay, I was so sad to leave. I will definitely be back as soon as I can. If you ever stay at the Candler Hotel, be sure to ask for Jerome at the concierge, he will make you feel like royalty. Thank you Jerome for making my birthday so special. Our stay at the Candler Hotel has been wonderful. Our deluxe room with a city view is very spacious and well appointed. The hotel is gorgeous and so nicely decorated. It is like stepping back to more elegant times. The staff is friendly and attentive. We had brunch at the on-site restaurant, By George, and it was very good. The location was convenient but we did not realize that many of the places we wanted to visit were in other parts of town. There were a few unhoused individuals hanging out a few blocks from the hotel, but they did not bother us nor did we feel unsafe, even walking at night.

My hubby and I stayed at the Candler for one night but wished we stayed longer. We checked in late on a Saturday night after valeting our car which will cost you $55/night. We LOVED it there and the breakfast at By George downstairs inside the hotel was delicious. Our room on the 11th floor was nice and had a great view of the city. I liked being able to pick my own room through the Hilton Honors app and I was able to check in on it as well. The hotel itself is gorgeous, especially at night, just has a very classy seductive vibe and it smells so good everywhere. Beds and pillows were plush and cozy. The bathroom was massive but the bathtub was your standard smaller bathtub. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay at the Candler again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Candler! The hotel is beautiful and accommodating, but the staff truly make it incredible. The bell captain that helped us up to the room was so kind. When we enjoyed dinner at By George, then breakfast the next morning, James and Rodney were truly phenomenal and took amazing care of us. James made my parents feel so special for an anniversary celebration, and gave wonderful recommendations. In the morning, Rodney took so much time with us, took us down to the vault, and walked us upstairs. He was so knowledgeable about the history of the building and so sweet with our little one! The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well appointed. All of the staff met our every need with thoughtfulness and kindness, and we are definitely staying here every time we come to Atlanta.

I cannot give this hotel less than five stars. The customer service at this hotel rivals a Four Seasons. It is obvious they have a positive culture at this hotel because EVERY staff member we have encountered are happy and seem like they truly love their jobs and are happy to serve. Althea, Victoria, Crystal, James, to name a few. It was every person we encountered. Is this an Atlanta thing? A Southern Hospitality thing? I don’t know but it was so appreciated. The hotel is historical and stunning. Absolutely stunning. Clean and spacious rooms in a very safe and beautiful area of downtown Atlanta. The prices are reasonable and affordable. I would recommend this hotel and I would not stay anywhere else. Our family was here for the funeral service of my father in law and we received the most thoughtful bouquet of flowers from the hotel staff and I was shocked and surprised by this thoughtful and kind gesture. It meant so very much to us. Thank you Atlanta Hilton for making our stay so memorable, comfortable, clean and safe.

Beautiful hotel. Well-maintained. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Althea at the front desk was particularly helpful and sweet. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because valet is pretty poorly run. My boyfriend called down for his Tesla about 10 min before going into the lobby. He sat there for 30 minutes— no one had bothered to get his car after he’d called. They need to work on this.
