Hotel had a cool vibe, but if you’re not interested in walking through a busy nightclub of a lobby carrying your luggage it may not be for you. Staff was very friendly. It may as well be attached to Mercedes Benz stadium, so if you’re going to an even it would be convenient.. the neighborhood around it is a bit sketchy. Room was modern, but some of the features like lights and built I. USB chargers didn’t work. Carpet on half the room was wet for some reason????

Loved the hotel but did not appreciate the valet scratching/scuffing my brand new car on the passenger front. Usually I do a walk around when leaving but I did not notice the scuff until I left the location. Gratefully, I was able to get the scuff mark out. Outside of that mistake, the room & the hotel was amazing.

Great hotel, everything was modern and clean. Staff were friendly. Check in was quick, smelled really good in the lobby. Appreciated the steamer in the room. The only negative thing is the room didn’t have a mini fridge or a microwave which helps with kids. Great location if you have an event at the Mercedes Stadium

My family and I went to the Reverb Hard rock Hotel because we had a concert in Atlanta, when we arrived there we were taken care by Fab at the front desk, Fab was fantastic, very kind with us, she showed us the best way to visit different places in the city, and she gave us the most beautiful room with a great view, for that reason we stayed in the hotel more days than we had planned. And if that wasn’t enough we received a very nice card from Fab and the hotel with a quite and lovely farewell. I recommend this hotel 100%, thanks to Fab, Allan and the Manager for all your wonderful hospitality!

Great value when there is no event going on in the arenas across the street (except for parking which is expensive at an extra charge)

E.g. torn carpet and cabinets, missing power cables that the maintenance person claims have been missing for a long time (why not replace it then?)

I loved the vibe of the hotel. We walked in and was greeted by a lovely atmosphere with music playing.

The room had a beautiul view. The staff was great and real friendly. I enjoyed the hospitality. Alsp the hotel was beautiful.

The food was okay, but my experience with the employees made up for it. It feels that the food was not diverse for the black population that was present. However, Lady English at the roof top bar was amazing. Moreover, J. Wesley at the lobby bar was professional, eloquent, world traveled and knowledgeable about drinks. It was a pleasure to speak with him. These two intelligent employees made my family experience worth while. They set the bar for hospitality.
I anxiously anticipate visiting Reverb again to meet these two. They made my experience GREAT!!!

It's OK in general. It is nowhere near as nice as any of the other Hard Rock properties I've stayed at. I've been to Hard Rock owned hotels around the country and I am surprised that the Hard Rock would put their name on this building. It's basically a tier 1 hotel with hard rock branding stamped on it. When in downtown Atlanta,.I'd stick to either the W in midtown or downtown as they are the only 2 which are closest in comparison to traditional Hard Rock hotels.

It was beautiful, clean and very peaceful in the room. We stayed in room 801 and view was amazing!! The only problem was there was no microwave in the room and we had to eat out and waste food for two days, I hope this is resolved in the future. Overall, it was a pleasant experience from the staff service and all.
