Absolute perfect downtown LA hotel. Joy at the front desk was awesome as was the entire team. Our king executive suite was the perfect size with plenty of space and felt luxurious. We enjoyed drinks at the ritz bar and glance lobby bar as well. Don’t miss out on the Grammy museum free with the destination fee.

I didn't stay here on my trip, but I enjoyed a few events, food, and the lobby bar while visiting. Marriott delivers in all aspects. My colleagues who did stay here seemed to be happy with their choice while I stayed at another Marriott product down the street.

A solid representation of a stellar brand.

The bed and shower were quite luxurious, and we enjoyed sleeping there when we could and the water heated quickly. Overall, we were happy to sleep there and enjoyed the services given, but the hotel shared areas like the hallways and elevators weren’t as clean as our room. The bathroom was awkward, so you could hear more than you’d like. To put it bluntly, the experience was the same as any other Los Angeles 4 star hotel except that the bed was fluffy and the shower was impressive.

Spacious rooms & great service. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. Lovely breakfast space for Marriott loyalty members (executive lounge), well stocked & well looked after.
Felt it was a good value for $$ at the rate we were able to get.
Would stay again.

Very nice room. Love the heated pool. Close to many restaurants and events. Staff is wonderful. I love a friendly and respectful housekeeping staff, as I work from many hotel rooms. I've chatted with multiple concierges at this JW and Jennifer is the most helpful. She's awesome.

They were striking during my stay. I must say that it was loud, as it should be, but I appreciated how the hotel allowed sectioned space to kept the protesters safe.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room very nice and clean. Great pizza in the restaurant. Very close tasting to New York Pizza. Close to many restaurants and the convention center.

One of my favorite hotels when doing business in downtown LA. The LA Live complex adds a lot of energy and fun entertainment choices to your stay. Rooms are the upscale Marriott product - which is very good. The lobby bar is usually active and convivial. The hotel can be a bit pricey, but sometimes it's not.

Great location at L.A. Live. Right next to the Staples Center and less than 10 minute walk to the L.A. Convention Center. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job every day. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly, quickly updated my bill when I noticed I was overcharged every night. Lobby bar is good but pricy which is to be expected in a major city's downtown area. Many places to eat and be entertained within walking distance.

Great location. Beautiful and lively lobby. Nice pool. Rooms feel like a courtyard to me as they could be a little nicer. The exec lounge is small and crowded for breakfast. Valet parking is great and quick.
