This is a time share not a full service hotel.
The staff are very helpfull and friendly and the hotel is very clean and modern.
The location was perfect, near Central Park and a quick walk to Lincoln Center and Broadway shows, with ready access to the east side museums. Spacious, well appointed rooms.
Good food and entertainment are within a few hundred feet, and good shopping is nearby.
When there was a hiccup in service, the staff was responsive in correcting the issue and in bringing a thanks-for-your-patience amenity to the room. Well done, all. We'll be back whenever coming to NYC.
This is our second time to stay here. Amazing location! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Love the room. Fits all my needs for coming to NYC!!
