Beautiful property, comfortable beds and rooms, and friendly staff. Front desk staff was very friendly and willing to help with all questions and requests. The breakfast options were delicious. Plenty of waffle machines to make waffles and a regular selection of bacon sausage and eggs. The pool area is also nice and the water is warm. This property has a desk in the lobby for Universal Studios. She was also very nice and helped us upgrade our tickets and schedule the shuttle ride to the park.

Good chicken experience at the front desk. Central located within 5 minutes of mini restaurants. Easy access right off the interstate. The place was nice and clean the rooms were very spacious. It is a efficiency with the kitchen and a full refrigerator. I'm here for business but it would be a great place for a small family. The bed was very comfortable and the room so quiet. Parking was very easy at the time. I'm definitely would stay here again when I'm in Orlando.

Great location, good amenities. I had no serious issues with the room or staff. There were decent food options within walking distance of the hotel, and even more options by Icon park, a short drive away. With that said, the room did seem more on the dirty side, but within acceptable standards. Overall, I feel this hotel had good value, but don’t expect to stay local for entertainment/good food.

Outstanding hotel for the basic couple of night stay, just realize it's not a resort. The pool is a really nice, but a normal pool. The rooms are huge and very clean. The entire inside of the hotel is very well appointed and kept up. PLENTY of parking too!

PROS:
-Excellent accommodation!
-Staff is friendly and prompt to requests!
-Clean room.
-A great variety of excellent breakfast foods to choose from, and they make the effort to change it up daily! Staff keeps it constantly filled.
-Large volume of shampoo, hair conditioner, and body liquid soap.
-Had laundry room.
-Had ice machine room.
-Very close to Universal Studios
-Free shuttle to Universal Studios
-Affordable price!
CONS:
-Dirty vent (see pictures) flowing in front of bed. Triggered my allergies and my daughter's. Had to get maintenance. They had to change the filter considering how dirty it was.
-Had to request for a "Do Not Disturb" sign. Other hotels have them already available when you check into the room.
-First hotel I've ever been in without a security box.
-Non-tinted mirrors. We stayed on the first floor, and you can see the inside of the room from the outside! We just kept our curtains closed the whole time.
-Parking lot has "Park at your own risk" sign.
-Their small workout room needs ventilation! Room reeked of dry sweat smell. It stunk enough for me to skip the gym altogether.
-Workout room did not have weight machines. It only had dumbbells and treadmill-type machines.
-Shuttle times to Universal Studios were inconvenient. Latest shuttle time was 7:30 P.M. back to the hotel. Park closes at 9 P.M.
