I had amazing experience and Aventura resort in November 13 to the 15th. All the staff for friendly and very helpful amazing customer service. The location of the resort was also an amazing location. The rooms are very nice a little bit small but good size . It was a very relaxed feeling resort . Easy access to transportation from the buses to the water taxis . The bus transportation was amazing always on point and very fast and efficient. The staff were so friendly from the beginning to the end. The reason why I’m giving a four star is because the food is lacking on flavor in my opinion . I didn’t really like the stir fry it needed more flavor for my taste buds . The burger was very delicious I would pick There a burger or chicken sandwich then the stir fry. All food was good portions. The pool was really good just a tad small but good . I did wish the resort had more theme but overall good stay . I do recommend this hotel for single person, Couples and family with larger kids . I don’t see lot of little ones . But overall very happy with my stay in this resort .

Overall the hotel was decent. You definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality of the room. However, in terms of ease of access of the park it can’t be beat for price of the room because you have both access to the bus but you can also easily walk across the way to the Sapphire Falls hotel and take the water taxi straight the parks which is so nice and simple.

We had a fantastic stay at Aventura Hotel. Super great transportation to the parks. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for bus to arrive. We loved the rooftop bar and pool area. Pool was heated and comfortable on chilly days we were there. The Urban Pantry had great food. You must try their wood fire pizza and the Noodle bowls at the Japanese restaurant were amazing! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The short walk to Volcano Bay was super easy and convenient!

Good value for the money if you book a package. No issues with room cleanliness, we all slept great and had no noise issues. Had a minor problem with the sink draining. Pool is beautiful and has lifeguards on duty. The hot tub was a lifesaver after a long day of walking. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and informative, and the pool bartenders were fantastic. The restaurant hours were a bit weird and it was hard to tell what was open when. Central location. The park shuttle was convenient, and although it seemed like maybe we weren’t supposed to do this, we would frequently use the water taxi that dropped off/picked up at the Sapphire across the street. Bottom line, you generally don’t spend a ton of time at the hotel on a theme park trip, but It’s much nicer and quieter than economy tier hotels. More importantly a good place to unwind and get some rest.

We stayed for a week to visit the parks and Halloween horror nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, front desk staff was incredibly helpful at check in and even got us in our room early! The room itself was immaculate with modern decor. The shuttles came frequently to take us to the parks/city walk. The Wok restaurant on the first floor was delicious. Check out was easy with one click of a button on a link sent via email. The hotel feels mostly catered to adults compared to other universal hotels. Would definitely recommend a stay.

I stayed here a few months back, but I still wanted to get my review of this hotel in. I loved it here. Bar 17 has amazing views during the day, but even more amazing views at night. The rooms are small but very clean and modern. The housekeeping staff is so friendly and very helpful. The food could be improved, but I didn't hate it. The pool and hot tub are perfect, and the walkway to Volcano Bay is short and sweet. To get to the parks, we took a short walk to Sapphire Falls, and then used the water taxi, or we simply walked. If you have young kids, I wouldn't choose this hotel, but for adults and adults with older kids, this is the perfect hotel for price and convenience. I will definitely be back.

Pleasantly surprised! The lobby gives a great first impression, both with its design and amenities, and the rest of the property doesn’t disappoint. The rooms are pretty standard expectations for a hotel—although the lights and tv are smart controlled, so it did take us a while to figure those out! The bus and boat next door at the Sapphire run convenient schedules to the parks and were easy to use. Staff was friendly and accommodating. A text checkout option was offered, which was a nice feature. Parking in the garage was convenient, although an extra charge. The late-night snack bar was definitely a cool perk! Will absolutely consider staying here again.

This review is difficult. We stay at Universal each year in October for their Halloween events and my birthday. We typically stay at one of the other properties on premises. This year, however the Aventura was our only option. The beds were *extremely* uncomfortable. I cannot overstate this.
The hotel itself is nice and modern, but neither of us slept a full 8 hours a single night we were here. After 6 days at this hotel we checked out today in very real pain (we are in our 30s for reference). Every joint hurts. For the price and brand I would expect beds that were slightly less firm. I understand some people like a firmer mattress, but this was pretty extreme. I nearly went and bought an egg crate topper just to lessen the discomfort. It was literally like sleeping on a slab of concrete. I am usually a little sad to be going home at the end of a vacation, but I was very happy to be returning home this time if only to get a good night's rest.
The rooftop bar is beautiful and the staff bartenders are friendly and accommodating. Go visit the rooftop for dinner or drinks but I recommend staying elsewhere.

Great hotel with very comfortable bed. Right next to volcano bay so it is easy to walk right over and enjoy the water park each morning. Early entry at 9 am every morning.... So easy to get in and get a locker and get set before the rest of the crowds show up. The rooms are a little small for four people.... But the point of being here is to enjoy the universal amenities. Lots of space in the lobby restaurant area too. Also only takes 20 minutes to walk over to City walk.... Or take the frequent shuttle instead.

Great hotel, probably the perfect hotel for couples. staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Room was almost perfect just wish the TV was a bit bigger. Shower was a great size. No Microwave in room or same floor, you'll need to go to the restaurant area to warm up leftovers. The food options are great and very
nice to have. Very close to the parks only about 5-10 min bus ride and buses are very frequent. Love the deliver to hotel option for merch. Overall one of the best hotel experiences I've had!
