If you’re in for the downtown experience, this is a great hotel to stay out. Valet parking is $42 very secure as it’s private/gated. There’s a parking lot in front as well if you want another option. Joseph/Jeremy at the front desk was very welcoming and swift with checking us in. Room was super clean. Lobby is amazing for lounging around. Streets are bustling with activities and places to hit up.

Stayed at the Bristol while in San Diego for a concert at The Music Box. Staff was attentative and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Also, there are plenty of eateries and shopping within walking distance. Safe and what one might say historic, I definitely recommend a stay if in the area.

Read the fine print NO DAILY ROOM SERVICE! I didn’t know this and would have requested it at the front desk had I known. Valet is $42 a night. The coffee maker in the room was broken. It was hot 77° and muggy when I got to the room. The room was nice though.

Great location downtown close to everything. Nice rooms front desk and valet were very welcoming. Nice room to stay in for a couple of days if wanna be close to all the things downtown has to offer. Would recommend

We loved our stay at the Bristol. I was concerned about finding the right place for my 92 year old mom with some physical limitations and my own chemical sensitivities…while also being convenient to see a show at the Civic theater, charming and affordable. The Bristol hit all the marks. My mom, who is very frugal, said as we walked into our room — “it was worth every penny and more.” And we both enjoyed the beauty in all the decorative touches, from the sunny Beatles themes to the crown molding and beautiful drapery. The service from the front desk and also the valet, was also present and generous. So happy to find The Bristol and we would look forward to another stay, if needing to be city center.

- I forgot to take my dop kit with all of my toiletries including my electric shaver. I called to have them save it for me and was told they didn't have it. I guess housekeeping needed it more than I did so they decided to keep it. Very sleazy.22.11.2022
