We booked 3 bedrooms apartment and it was amazingly spacious. Everyone enjoyed it. It was clean and bright. Just a couple of things were missing, like there were no dust bins in the rooms except for kitchen and bathrooms (which was a tad bit hassle). We had to request for tissue boxes, towels, tea n coffee and iron. Not a very big deal but you expect such things to be readily available. Towels and tea coffee were only for 2 persons. The staff was cooperative enough to fulfill our request and provide all that we needed. Will definitely recommend it.

All staff are very accomodating. The room and bathroom are very neat. We surely enjoy our stay especially I would to thank housekeeping team human and khimwa they are doing great job and thanks housekeeping supervisor Mr. Rohit reception team was awesome as usual thanks mound and ramshackle for coordination

Here you go:
- On check-in person at the reception asked for an ID for each and every adult, which was not mentioned in any email, on website or even when check-in was done online. On asking, it was mentioned this is the rule of Abu Dhabi Emirate - in this case it is definitely the hotel's job to let the guest know in advance. Not everyone is coming from overseas and would definitely carry a passport. A lof of people come from other Emirates!
- Apartment was missing stuff like tissue papers, toothbrushes, towels, prayer mat - on checking with reception, it was mentioned prayer mat is as per request, which is fine but for stuff like "towel" the wait time was an hour. I then talked to the manager and manager was like you are getting to talk to me to break this with humour and I was like this does not help the case. It is the hotel's responsibility to ensure the unit is on par with international standards, if not then the lease in standard with other hotels in UAE. I stayed in Holiday Inn in Dubai for a 45 nights and the stay was immaculate!!!
In essence, not a place I would bring my family to - disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay in adagio apt. The 3 bedroom was very spacious and very clean. From living room to kitchen to the rooms and washroom are very neat. It is well recommended. Would like to thank the house keeping Mr rohit. And reception team who help us for everything Mr mouad Thanks a lot !

My stay was perfect rooms were very much clean and well maintained. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful cheers to And Spa staff Ms Mansari was very polite and cheerful. And amazing pool and gym sauna too thank you as well for attending all my requests.

Check in check out is very fast reception team and warm welcome. Room was well organized and very clean. Kitchen area bed linens toilet is comfortable and clean washroom was very clean shower area neat and clean housekeeping team doing great work thanks to shubkaran and hicham and team

The Apartment-Hotel experience was superb. I checked in a few days ago on the 21st of June with my family and friends, and it really had a homey-feel to it. I’d like to highlight the staff services which is very good. Particularly, the receptionist, Rimsha, was extremely accommodating to us, wherein she ensured we had good rooms since it was my birthday. Thus, if we had other questions regarding our access to the pool, parking, etc. she would answer it swiftly and thoroughly. Aside from Rimsha, the room service staff were also very helpful. We called them to ask for a few blanket, pillows, and toothbrush sets, and they complied to our request. Overall, the hotel was good with lovely atmosphere and the staff were very hospitable.

The rooms are very spacious and the one we got was 4 rooms including single bed with toilet, master's bed room, and 2 other big rooms. There's a kitchen as well with induction, fridge, oven and microwave. In the living room has a big capacity for the family and they have a balcony as well with nice view. The pool was nice but there's no place to put your things. Overall experience 8/10.
