Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites

We booked a two bedroom, and it was very well presented, very clean, has everything we were looking for, and very warm welcome with fresh fruits basket.

The hotel in general had everything I was looking for, from nice facilities and two restaurants.

The main restaurant where a buffet was served had excellent food. The buffet is decent, and everything we've tried was very delicious. They were also great in serving the requests of my two kids who eat very limited food.

When we had a minor misunderstanding, Mr Dahood has sorted it in a very professional and friendly manner. In fact, I am impressed by his great customer service.

All the team at the reception was friendly.

I will be looking forward for next stay

Not only is the hotel beautiful, clean, and in a strategic position right on the water near the tram & the monorail to the Palm, but the team at Avani went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. So kind, thoughtful, and we felt so taken care of. Couldn’t recommend more!!

I stayed in the hotel for one night, as i had an early flight, they gave me a take away breakfast which was absolutely amazing.

Perfect location, near the metro, easily accesible.

I stayed in the two bedroom apartment, it was out of this world. The view from the apartment overlooking the marina was special. The staff in reception went above and beyond. The concierge were also very helpful on giving advice for the metro and also booking me a taxi in advance for my airport trip.

I will definitely be staying at this hotel again and would like to thank all of the staff again for their hospitality!!!

Great place to stay! From tram and monorail stations you can go Dubai Marina Mall or Nakheel Mall. The superior room is spacious and clean, equipped with two bathrooms. What I liked the most about the room: amenities in the room made me feel like at home. After a day on the beach, you don't need to spend your precious vacation time to wash and dry your clothes, you just throw them in the washing machine and in few hours it's clean & dry. I barely met other guests except at the pool or in restaurant, so in general I would recommend this hotel for lovers of privacy and solitude. I liked the breakfast. As I needed a fitness center to renew my residence visa, there's a location in Knowledge Park in a walkable (10 min) distance. The hotel team members are very friendly and helpful.

Good relaxing break!!! Room is very nice and clean. The sea view is the perfect one that makes you feel very relaxing. Swimming pool is great.
Staff are very helpful, special mention Ms. April who made our stay excellent.

Superb rooms, clean and fresh. We had our friend over from the States and booked the suit with two rooms. The facilities were excellent, everything was clean and sparkling, with the pandemic on this is one of the most important factors for us as we have a one year old. The breakfast buffet was extensive and had great variety, the service was excellent and though they cater to all groups they are extremely child and baby friendly. Right from the chefs at breakfast to the checkin at front desk to the housekeeping they are friendly, kind and accommodating

Very nice view to the palm. Delicious cousines, steak and warm welcome. We simply felt home with in their spacious apartments which are well equipped with right appliances and kitchen.
Avani hotel set an example for extra ordinary customer service\ user experience. I strongly recommend.

Every single thing in this hotel was amazing
Staff: are great polite friendly helpful they are all professionals they give their customers the best of their efforts, much love.

Food: tasty food a,lot of varieties well served dishes.

Rooms: super clean: furniture, beds, toilets, all new clean well maintained. Room service team are always available to help and clean at anytime you request

We booked a two bedroom apartment for 7 days for a family of four and it was the perfect hotel for us. The hotel and the service was extraordinarily good and everyone working at Avani were very sweet and took care of us like family, the assortment of food was great and the chef customized food whenever required as per our taste.

The apartment was quiet spacious and the kitchenette was fully equipped. The housekeeping team were excellent with their service as well.

It was a lovely stay and Avani made our stay in Dubai happy and comfortable, looking forward to staying there again!
