This is one of the best hotels apartments I've ever booked. The staff is very nice, and the apartment was very clean, and the service was the best.

Fantastic place — spotlessly clean with friendly staff. Fully equipped with branded kitchenware, a fridge, oven, and washing machine. Gorgeous pools too. Honestly, what more could you ask for?

Best destination for kids holidays. Hotel price was affordable for my 6 night stay. The hotel is kids friendly, swimming pool closes at 10PM. Kids club closes at 7PM lots of fun. We definitely enjoyed the breakfast and in room dining. In addition to the fantastic concierge service. Noon and talabat is 2 minutes away from you. Thank Avani team for the great hospitality definitely coming back again!

Decent business hotel near Dubai Media City with spacious rooms and a good breakfast.

We had an amazing time at Avani Palm View Dubai! The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with breathtaking views. The beds were incredibly cozy, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.
All the staff members were extremely professional, polite, and attentive, making our stay even more special.

We also loved the location — the hotel is right next to the Palm Jumeirah Tram Station, which connects easily to the Metro, making it very convenient to explore the city.

We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the food was absolutely delicious. A special mention goes to Anjali from the restaurant team, who went above and beyond to take care of my husband's gluten-free needs. She personally made sure he received special meals, such as a wonderful fresh fruit bowl and even freshly baked gluten-free pancakes. Her kindness and attention to detail made a big difference to our experience.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and can highly recommend Avani Palm View to anyone visiting Dubai. We are already looking forward to returning!

It's my second time in Dubai and first time in this hotel. We were with my mom about 1 Week here. The Staff is very friendly, the food is amazing, coffee at breakfast georgious - they do it excellent, apartments always clean, there is no reason to complain. Next time i will be back 100%. its the best place to go with tram to marina ~10 mins, or to palm Jumeirah ~10 mins with monotram, so i wanna recommend this hotel everyone.
Our Tripgoal was a hospital - Saudi german - about 10 min by taxi, and after my mom's treatment she needed to be in peace and calm, our apartment was so: there is no noice from neighboors or something more.
So, i am really thankful. I hope we will be back soon.
