Mark Inn Hotel Deira in Dubai

This hotel is in the old side of Dubai. The area around it is very popular and full of day and night movement. The hotel itself is really good. When I arrived, the room was sparkling clean. Anything I wanted they make it available as soon as possible. The room has complimentary coffee and tea, with two bottles of water. The staff is very friendly and amazing and serve you with smile. The restaurant at the hotel has A rating from Dubai government. They have buffet breakfast that has really good and tasty variety of food. Tea and coffee is also available at the breakfast. Different kinds of bread, muffins, cereal, and croissants. Just note that there is only 3 car parking in front of the hotel, that being said there is a paid multi floor parking in front of the hotel that you can use for 5 dirhams per hour. Also the hotel is like 5 minutes walk from the metro station.

It was really cozy ,relaxing and comfortable for me and their WiFi is strong. It smelled so nice too .and the decore is really nice

The staff are so polite, friendly and helpful. We are impressed how the bell boy explained everything in the room. We will definitely go back to this hotel soon. The good reviews are same as you see in the hotel as well as the staff. Hotel advantage is the person who answers the phone inquiry. Actually that’s the main reason why we decided to book in this hotel. He is very polite and professional compared to the other popular hotels. They have great shared rooms for two and three. The prices are very affordable and the place is very close to many convenient stores.

I recently stayed here for one night. I am surprised why this has been categorised as a 2 star hotel. It is easily 3 star but the service is equivalent to that of a 5 star hotel. The staff are extremely warm and welcoming. I was greeted by my name at the reception by Jignesh. They offer a glass of water. I was provided a room upgrade. The room was extremely cozy and functional. This is a no frills place perfect for a business trip. The location is walkable under 5 minutes from the metro. They have mentioned very clear directions when you book from Booking.com.
I had dinner at the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant are just terrific. The food is really great. I ordered a set menu consisting of a soup, salad and a main course meal. The cream of mushroom soup was food for my soul after a hectic day at GITEX. The portion sizes are huge. They make everything fresh.
Breakfast was a decent spread, payable based on which room you opt for.

Everyone is totally committed to going above and beyond for the customer.
I will definitely visit again whenever I want to stay in Deira.

They have a Toyota Previa that drops you to the airport (50 AED)
Overall this was a pleasantly delightful experience for me.

Amazing hotel, all the staff are great and very friendly, especially Pappu who does a great job in the restaurant, where the food is very good, well served and at good prices.
It is very close to the metro, the rooms are very clean and comfortable.
The only point that could be improved is the Wi-Fi, for those who use upload it can be weak but it works if it is normal use. I really recommend this hotel and would come back whenever necessary.

We stayed at Mark Inn Deira Dubai for 2 nights and were surprised that the hotel is rated as 2 star hotel. The service is on par with a good 3-star or even a 4-star hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help.

Honestly the location is not the best. Hookers solicit just a few blocks away. But other than that, the hotel is exceptional. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The reception, bellman and room services are on par with 4-star hotels, yet prices are reasonable. It was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Despite the bustling area, this hotel is a true gem. Impeccable room service, top-notch customer care, and flawless rooms, washrooms, and mattresses make for an excellent stay. Convenient parking nearby and delicious food available onsite seal the deal. A blessing in the midst of a busy locale!
