The environment is great, and the service from the guy at the front desk is very thoughtful. I'm especially grateful. Since my family is there to do some business and they don't speak English, the guy at the front desk was always helpful and very responsible.

My cousin booked the hotel for us and gave us the access card. The staff did not let us in because they said that my cousin is not present. My cousin is already drunk and the reason he booked the room for us is for us to sleep after his birthday celebration. But here is our little hero receptionist who is saying that we are not allowed since we are not the one who booked the room, given that we have the access card and he have spoken to my cousin ove the phone confirming that we are his guests. Lousy hotel and lousy policy. These kinds of hotel needs to be closed. My cousin paid for a room for his guests to stay but his guests are not allowed. You judge.

Poor Housekeeping & poor maintenance. The bedsheets & the pillow covers look crampled and unwashed . Teakettle is blackened from inside , and when asked to change the housekeeping staff says all kettles are like this only . Do not keep any extra Toilet rolls , even if the current one is on the verge of finishing. Complained several times about TV remote not working. No action and nobody bothers . No fridge in the room . Kitchen not operational so have to walk across the street to get the breakfast that was booked along with the room . Strongly not recommended

The best thing about Raintree was checking-out. Save your money. This is unfortunately not a 4-star hotel. We had to ask to change rooms because the first room was rundown, unclean, smelled of smoke, and has cigarette ash all over the window sill. In the second room I killed 4 cockroaches over 4 days, and missed a fifth. This room also had a weird smell and was in need of heaving cleaning.

My name is John Francis. I book the room from Abudhabi. My room number was 116. I spent 120 for a 1-night stay. But the room is very dirty and not clean. throughout the night I couldn’t sleep because there are bedbugs all over the bed I came to the room around 10:30 to 11 pm. From Abudhabi. And I had a meeting in the morning. I’m so unhappy about this hotel and the room. Moreover, at 1 am, one housekeeping attendant tried to open my room door forcefully. I even complained about this incident to the receptionist. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone else because it’s not worth it.

Non descript location, WiFi charged exorbitantly in rooms - even higher than 5 star, very high service fee,no inhouse restaurant, the takeaway food place attached is exorbitantly priced given the food quality delivered, no views from balcony - not worth it. Will get much better hotel options at better rates

It's just a usual no nonsense hotel apartment in heart of Dubai. The rooms are comfortable and we'll furnished. The property doesn't have a restaurant and just a regular swimming pool. Overall a good and quiet place well accessible and connected to most of the business and touristic venues in Dubai.
