Bedroom arrangement is not so good specially for woman can not do hair straighteners as well dressing table and chair not available.
TV was so small and while I check it was not working.
If your are looking for city views can not recommend to stay for the hotel.
The good point is breakfast is very nice and easy convenient for Dubai metro.
Coming back to stay again was my worst very rude unaccommodating!!! And unhelpful!!! Definitely the worst booking stay instead of relaxing.
Guy from Night Shift reception was disrespectful and doesn’t know how to accommodate people in a diplomatic way. Won’t even say to wait except to ignore you. Reception from morning shift was very pleasing I could say.
Arjaan Rotana has the best facilities and room it’s just the people who work there should have proper manners in work ethics
