Reviews
The hotel listing on MakeMyTrip showed an image of a vibrant outdoor play zone. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the space was completely empty.
On the positive side, the Pirates Club, an indoor play area for kids, was well-maintained and provided a great alternative. My kids enjoyed it thoroughly.
To sum up, while the outdoor play area issue was a letdown, the rest of the experience, including the food, staff friendliness, and accommodations, was excellent.
I definitely would recommend and I looking forward to come back!
What’s even more disappointing is that if you’re brown skinned or Asian (maybe it’s just us that felt this way but convinced that it wasn’t), despite having plenty of tables available at the main restaurant, Al Liwan, they’ll ask you to go to their second restaurant which supposedly has the same food. I don’t understand, why? Naturally you’d feel like you’re being treated differently. I understand the hotel may be at full occupancy and to accommodate the extra guests at the buffet, you’d have to ask them to move. But if there’s tables available, what’s the reason? And upon careful observation, we noticed that it wasn’t the white folk who were being asked to move. Shame. For the dinner buffet, we politely obliged. But when they asked us to do it again for breakfast, despite having free tables, we refused.
We enjoyed the pool, beach, and the lovely views. The hotel is beautifully built and the rooms are quite spacious. Staff are polite and kind, and a special thank you to Mr. Clinton for getting the room ready for us on priority.
We came in with high expectations, enjoyed the stay, but the incident at the restaurant really threw us off.
Hoping to come back again for a better experience!
Food offered was delicious and with a wide varieties to choose from.
Neatness in every corner was another highlight.
We highly recommend the property for your holidays. Its worth it.
The outdoor pools were hands down our favorite thing about our stay. Thanks to everyone who made our stay this perfect!
