The amenities of the property is not bad but had a very bad experience. Few things I had requested a cake for my husband’s birthday at the time of booking and was never provided even though I reminded of the same at the time of check in twice. We had to request for the additional bedding 3 times before finally receiving it. It was still incomplete as no additional pillows were provided throughout the 2 day stay. We are a family of 5 and I booked a family room and there was only 1 cup and glass provided for the room. Also only 2 towels. Again we had to call for the same and was provided them the next day.
I did write an email to the reservation person who booked us but there was no attempt to rectify anything.
Breakfast was a rush the property does not have enough staff and most of them are rude and show no interest to do their job. When requesting them to clean a table after the previous guest had eaten the staff simply made us feel so uncomfortable for having asked them to do their job. After that unpleasant task there was also no cutlery provided until we requested same.
The food was also not re-filled until I heard another customer requesting the stations to be filled up.
The check out was also the same called reception to send a staff to take our bags, no one came for like an hour before we finally took our own bags and left the property.
Overall it was an unpleasant experience.
