Our experience at the Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi Desert, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure every moment of our stay was memorable.
Dinner at the Farmhouse was a highlight, with each dish perfectly crafted and full of flavor, making it an unforgettable culinary experience. Our villa was a peaceful oasis beautifully designed with elegant touches that blended luxury with comfort. The serene atmosphere and classy style truly set it apart, creating a perfect escape.
There are wonderful activities nearby, but the star-gazing experience was the most magical part of our trip.
We’ll absolutely return for another stay

This was such an amazing few days, if I could give this hotel 12 stars I would. We went for our combined wedding anniversary/husbands birthday, and whilst of course I told the hotel this in advance, hoping that we might get a cake:-)…..every single day we had a surprise….whether it was rose petals and towel art on the bed, personal congratulations notes from the housekeeping staff, cakes every evening in the restaurant, birthday card signed with local greetings at breakfast, balloons in the Spa….. The villa was fabulous, our views of the desert, our private pool, the size of the bathroom. But what really stands out at this hotel is the staff. They are all absolutely exceptional, they all introduce themselves, at every level of job, and unless they are good actors, they all seem to love working here. We went to the sister Ritz on the beach for dinner one evening, and whilst the staff were pleasant, the quality of service provided, and genuine warmth, was chalk and cheese compared to the Ritz Al Wadi. Charith our butler was outstanding, as were the many staff we met across the resort from buggy drivers, to breakfast hostesses, to housekeeping, to Spa therapists. We had the BEST time, and literally cannot wait to go back. A big thank you to Aiden the excellent GM and his whole exceptional team.

We spent an amazing time at The Ritz Al Wadi desert for a birthday weekend.
Warm welcoming hospitality with peaceful atmosphere.
The room was spacious and the pool at our villa was nice.
The staff were very kind and always helpful, special shout outs to Pablo who made our stay extra nice and special with his warm hospitality.
We ate dinner at farmhouse, the steak was delicious and well seasoned. Great food!

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Al Wadi Desert, was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality.
The pool was a highlight for us, offering a perfect place to relax and unwind amidst the stunning desert surroundings. My kid had an absolute blast at the Kids Club, which had plenty of fun activities to keep him entertained.
Breakfast each morning was a delightful experience with a fantastic variety of delicious options to choose from and the staff went above and beyond to make our breakfast special—especially Danish, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Overall, our experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Al Wadi Desert, was exceptional, and we can’t wait to return!

Very nice hotel with a great concept. It shows the age a bit but still a nice experience. The rooms are huge, designed in a nice way with a private pool. The rooms are close to each other, so don't expect full privacy. Also, if you are neighbouring with kids, expect the noises. They provide a variety of activities for all ages. Our comment is that the pool requires proper cleaning as the grouting is becoming green.

It was an unforgettable experience in one of the best villas in this hotel. Everything was thought out at the highest level, every detail. Tomorrow includes several dishes from different cuisines. It was very great. And I think that I will come back here more than once. If you want to immerse yourself in atmosphere, luxury, comfort and privacy, then this is the hotel. Exactly what you need. Ideal for a romantic time, If you want to surprise your other half. Be sure to purchase a visit to one of the villas. You will be able to enjoy the animals that will approach you while you are lying in the pool.

Disappointing Experience for Our Annual Company Retreat!
We recently organized our company's annual retreat at the Ritz Carlton, expecting top-notch service befitting a 5-star property. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory, and their services did not even deserve a single star.
Firstly, the conference room was a disaster. The AV setup was a complete mess, with screens that didn’t work properly and kept blinking throughout our presentations (including big announcement videos!). This severely disrupted our sessions and affected the overall flow of our retreat. Even more concerning was the fact that their team was aware of the issues but requested us not to mention their names, fearing they could get in trouble. To compensate for the AV mess, they proposed adding an extra activity to our session, which only felt like an inadequate patch to an already bad start to the day.
Then came the coffee breaks, which were a huge letdown. Despite the actual menu "they" proposed, promising a variety of sandwiches and other refreshments, we were served a simple plate of fruits and coffee. This was a major disappointment.
Adding to our frustration, we emailed the main host (we prefer not throwing names here) about the bad setup, and they mentioned they would check on it. It's been a month since the event, and we haven't received any follow-up email from them to date. This lack of communication and accountability only adds to our dissatisfaction.
Overall, our experience was far below the standard we anticipated from 5-star. We hope the management will take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure better service in the future for other orgs "if" they still plan to celebrate.

Excellent service throughout the stay, from check in and until check out. The villas are great and the location allows you to fully immerse yourself in nature with the animals around the villa. There were lots of activities to be done but would like to highlight the nature drive with Ernest - He’s very knowledgable and made the drive interesting. Thanks to the whole team at the Ritz Al Wadi for making our stay wonderful.

My wife and I had an incredible two-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert. The villa was very spacious, and we loved the private pool with its stunning desert views. The hotel's unique desert location provided a tranquil and luxurious retreat.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Ajith, who promptly resolved a minor issue with in-room dining. The only area for improvement is the variety of food options.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

This was the undisputed highlight of our trip to Dubai Top-notch in every way for our family vacation. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t stay longer. Several interesting activities for the whole family, stunning location with plenty of wildlife, a magical setting, and absolutely stunning tents with warm private pools (really appreciated the warm water temperature!). Great service at every step of the way. I almost cried when we left, although maybe that was also because I locked the keys in the car. ;)
This hotel experience is in my top five all time, and trust me I have stayed at some very very nice places. Would recommend it in a heartbeat for anyone visiting Dubai. It is such a special place and a welcome, serene change from the craziness in Dubai itself.
