Al Sarab Hotel

The rooms were good, a pleasant stay, calm and peaceful. Only the AC was not that cool.

I had stayed in al sarab for 3 nights and the service at al sarab was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect.

the rooms are big enough, the bathroom is clean, the TV works, the safe in the room, friendly staff, the lady downstairs for breakfast is very friendly, the location is great because the metro is behind the hotel through the store. And really, God and gentle kitty in front of the door of the hotel, a real queen and doorman, she loves to cuddle, I like it 🐱

Overall experience was good , the room was neat with all basic accessories . They also have option for Vallet parking which was quiet handy

Al Saraab has been a wonderful stay. We stayed 14 nights and for the quality / price it's been affordable.

The hotel staff are very accommodating, especially the manager Muhammad, who you'll find at the lobby almost every evening.

The front desk especially Ajmal and house keeping are very polite, family friendly and respond quick to any requests. Ie toilet amenities, house keeping requests.

The rooms themselves look like the images, blue themed rooms, modern with comfortable mattress.

The room 704, we got was spacious, bathroom was large too but more importantly they have high water pressure even on the 7th floor. Great showers!

They have a clean pool on the roof and many relaxing services such as Thai massage, pool, clubs.

The breakfast is made to order which I liked. As its warm and fresh.

They serve eggs (fry, boiled, scrambled), toast, juices, jams.

You can order a breakfast plate which include options of eggs, chicken sausage, mushrooms and hash browns.

They also have hummus, foul (kidney beans), arabic bread, fresh pre cut fruits in plates and salad. No desserts unfortunately.

For a small option, made to order breakfast, I think it was a good amount. More importantly tasted fresh and yummy.

The floors up to the 4th are smoking and 5 - 7 non smoking. Families are given floors 6 and 7 due to the night clubs on the ground and 1st floors.

I found the 6th floor a little noisy with thumping but if your tired you'll get to sleep.

7th floor has no sound at all if your a light sleeper or have youngs kids.

If you checkout and your flights later they will keep your luggage until your return for your flight.

The hotel has alot of security but generally the Deira are and the wider dubai is very safe.

The transports links is the 2nd reason, why i choose this hotel.

The metro and busses less than 5 minutes walk.

Overall the hotel is very safe, great transport links and huge amount of food venues.

Very comfortable and neat hotel .
Staff were friendly and helpful and it’s one of my favorite places I’ll visit with my friends,family etc.
