Versailles by Raviz Hotel

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The check-in process was incredibly lengthy, despite being told to wait only five minutes, it ended up taking nearly an hour. Furthermore, the room we were assigned was on a floor with an unpleasant odor, and to make matters worse, the window was broken. We had to almost insist on being moved to another room. The way the situation was handled by the staff was also below our expectations.

Additionally, the pool was partially under construction, but at least it was open. In summary, don’t expect luxury, but if you’re simply looking for a place with a pool, this might suffice.

Also, the room was a bit noisy, with loud sounds, but on the positive side, the desk chair was quite comfortable. The Wi-Fi was adequate, though nothing exceptional, but it was functional.

Moreover, there are small shops and restaurants nearby, which is still a small positive point.

However, it’s worth noting that the hotel entrance is through a parking lot, which makes accessibility less than ideal.

Finally, the air freshener in the elevator, given the very confined space, can be quite overpowering when spraying straight in your face.

This is regarding the disturbance of exhaust fan on the rooftop which is facing to our bldg.
Can you please rotate the exhaust fan on the rooftop, as it is really disturbing for us a residents of behind Residential building and we have baby.
We tried to visit in your reception but the concern person was not there as per the maintenance guy.
We tried the email & contact numbets but not all working.

It's not a luxury hotel. It doesn't give a feel of staying in Dubai. Not very attractive lobby. Looks like small hotel of a small city. However, you will find Indian food. It's basically owned and run by a Keralites. Quality of food served is tasty and hygienic.
