Maaeen Hotel

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s very budget-friendly and offers great value for money. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. The breakfast had limited variety, but the food served was tasty and fresh. Service was good overall – I would rate it 4/5. A solid choice if you’re looking for comfort on a budget.

A budget hotel in middle of Perfume street on Al Sabkha St, 3 mins walking from Gold Souk and 7 mins walking from Baniyas Metro station or the Gold Souk Metro on Green line. RTA buses run from nearby bus stations which are 5 mins walking distance. I was skeptical before booking however Hotel turned out to be good enough. We stayed for 12 days and it was a really good stay.

Pros : Connectivity, it's nearby to all 3 souks, the metro and it's safe during anytime of the day/night. Food is good, can be better. Rooms are clean, especially the bathroom/toilet. Shampoo sachets & small soap is given as toiletries. Room service, Reception and Cleaning staff catered to all our requests regarding the room.

Cons : Things can be better such as attention to detail. For first 3-4 days i had to ask for towels instead of they providing it. Bedsheets & Quilt were changed only once during the stay. In the last 3-4 days shampoo sachets were not given. Food options are limited for breakfast. They are short-staffed many a times when luggage is to be moved or you ask for a service. Housekeeping can be prompt instead of we calling to remind them about certain things. The room could've been bigger since we had booked for longer stay. They don't provide Water bottles.

Overall - Yes go for the hotel but carry your toiletries, buy water from day & night store for cheap, there are plenty of food options around 4-5 mins walking distance so that's not an issue and if you need anything you can just ask at the reception. Faisal & Majeed bhai at reception and the housekeeping staff were both helpful & courteous.

This hotel deserves 5 stars. Well located at the center of the bazaar. Very clean, good service. Breakfast was worth it with a decent 3 types of combos.

A very kind receptionist, allowed us to check in before the time.

The only thing is, the service guys enter the room for service without our permission; it lacks privacy. Otherwise a very decent hotel for the price.

East or west Maaeen hotel is the best very nice and clean hotel.

Rooms are clean and well furnished.
The facility of restaurant also available where you can get delicious foods
