Consists of one 6-storey building.

Beach: public sandy beach, 6 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Entrance in the sea:
sandy. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Park, entrance fee 1.4$). The beach is 1.7 km credit cards Accepted: Visa, MasterCard.
Pets are not allowed.
On the hotel territory: the coffee shop, bar, 3 night club, Laundry, elevators, safe Deposit box at reception (extra charge), business centre

Objectively, our room at 4th floor (404) needs just a little bit of modification especially the tiles on the bathroom. A/C is passable as we do not like our room that cool but maybe during summer season that needs more conditioning. Security is exceptional. The best team indeed.
I will just highlight our gratitude to Ms. Bumi and Mr. Haroon in the reception for their excellent hospitality and to all of the staff who gave their effort in providing our needs.
Shall we come back here? YES.

Amazing stay we had. Price also very reasonable and service was amazing. I strongly recommend this property who really need good hotel with 2 mints near by Metro station. Prime location.
, but some points needs to notice before booking room
No Parking is available in the building and surrounding has limited parking space and in next street you can find private paid parking . Cost you weekly 110 AED
Bars are their so night time little noisy
Rooms are small and pretty expensive for the value
In some room booking websites are give false information
Suggestion : better talk to the property receptionist for better plan so you won’t get disappointed by the false information which is available in booking websites

Not very spacious. And it is located at a place where you can live alone not with the family. Its also near tu metro station.
