I had a wonderful stay at Panorama Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything well maintained throughout my visit. The ambiance of the hotel is relaxing, and it really feels like a place where you can unwind.

The bar was another highlight—great atmosphere, good selection of drinks, and professional staff who made the experience even better. Whether it was just grabbing a quick drink or spending time in the evening, it was always enjoyable.

What truly stood out was the overall service quality. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and well organized.

Overall, Panorama Hotel delivered an excellent experience, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service. I’d definitely come back again!

"Not Worth the Money – Declining Standards and Rude Staff"
I’m very disappointed with my recent stay at this property. I had stayed here earlier and had a good experience, so I decided to book again for 7 nights — but unfortunately, things have changed.
This time, the service and staff behavior were extremely poor. I was given a very small room, and even the washroom door couldn’t open properly. At the time of booking, I had clearly requested a clean, spacious room, but that was completely ignored.
When I brought up these issues and requested a room change, the front desk staff flatly refused without even checking for availability. Their attitude was rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. No one even bothered to follow up or ask about the washroom issue afterward.
The overall facilities have gone downhill, and the experience was definitely not worth the money. The only positive thing I can mention is the location — it’s conveniently close to Union Metro Station. Other than that, I would not recommend staying at this property again.

Hi, the mobile number for the Admin & Sales Manager Is not on WhatsApp. I don't know how I can attend to them since I am always not in the hotel.
I hate to text because of what happened just now. I live in room 409. And I just got WAKED UP from sleep by your cleaner asking me whether I need to clean my room AT THIS TIME 1 am. I called the reception and filed a complaint and he seems to acknowledge this movement and told me the cleaner wanted to CHECK because I haven't ask for cleaning for days. Of cause I don't need because I am always outside for work!!! And WHAT DO THEY WANT TO CHECK??? I got so angry. I need to wake up at 6:30am for an online meeting. Is this the proper way the hotel treat the guest? I would need a reasonable explanation and solution from the hotel.

During my recent stay at Panorama Hotel in Deira, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The room was old and poorly maintained, with thin walls that made it difficult to rest due to noise from neighboring rooms. Additionally, the air conditioning was not effective, making the room uncomfortably warm.

What stood out most, however, was the unprofessional attitude of the male front desk staff. His manner of speaking to guests lacked courtesy and professionalism, which left a negative impression. Customer service is a crucial part of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, it fell short during my visit.

We were checked in right away, I liked everything, the location is excellent.

We stayed in our own with my daughter, check-in immediately, before 14, we were lucky. They offered a choice of a room with 1 large bed or 2 single beds. The room turned out to be better and bigger than in the photo, the beds are magnificent. The refrigerator is excellent, a kettle in the room, 1 liter of water upon check-in. The tax was taken less than the preliminary calculation on the website, which pleased. Clean, no odors, good soundproofing. The location of the hotel is just 5+, next to the key metro station - the intersection of 2 lines, 5 minutes walk away, and 2 giant stores where there is literally everything, one of them is open 24 hours. The prices there are just a fairy tale, Gift Land and Day-to-day. We constantly went there and bought everything. Bus stops are nearby, including leaving for the distant airport at night on 2 scheduled buses, for 11 dirhams also on the card. Breakfasts are monotonous and modest, I paid for two, as a result, on the third day and until the end my daughter refused to go down for breakfast, I bought her food in the store. There was often no coffee in the morning at all, I asked for it, then I just bought coffee in bags. You can’t pour water from the cooler into bottles to take with you, we bought it. And the biggest minus of the hotel is the general air conditioning system. It was a disaster. You can poke buttons, but there is no result. We came back wet from the beach, and in the room +15 and this temperature all night! It was simply impossible to take a shower and wash your hair, or immediately under the blanket with a year-old. We even had to put on an autumn jacket, a hat and other warm clothes when we were in the room. At the reception I explained and swore, once they turned off the air conditioner completely until the morning, but we could hear it in the room for now... as a result, on the third day I caught a cold, when I tried twice more to have the air conditioner turned off - they did not do it... although I had already explained, and screamed, and went down to the reception in a jacket. This is a huge minus What is the conclusion - if I fly again, I will choose the same location, but I will try a different hotel, and without breakfast or only for myself. By the way, the window in the room was blocked and did not open for years, otherwise the issue with the temperature would be solved much easier.

Good location, near the metro, many cafes, shopping center AI Ghurair. The rooms were cleaned, the service was generally pleasant. Breakfasts are modest, but you can choose something. Of the shortcomings, old furniture and plumbing. I am happy with my stay in this hotel, it fulfilled its task.

This was the cheapest place that I could find in Dubai, so duly note that as context. With that in mind I have to say this is the best value real hotel I could find. They did not make up my room is tha only bad thing I can say about the place.

The hotel location is very good and it is two minutes walking distance from Union Metro and bus station. But there is lot of noise due to disturbance by three night clubs in panorama hotel: and it work upto 3 am and create problems to rooms stay customers like us.
