Luxurious complex, whose Windows offer breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf. The hotel's business class is aimed mainly at business people, corporate events and conferences. Location: 12 km from the airport Dubai, in Deira, near Deira Corniche promenade at the mouth of the historic harbour, a short walk from the shopping areas of the city and the Gold Souk, spice Souk and textile market.
Consists of one 27-storey building.
The hotel has 414 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 6 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Beach Park, beach access fee: 1.3 $). The beach is 1.7 km away.

r!!!! The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The only issue is they need to build another pool. The pool gets full with kids so it is hard to relax. This is more of a kid friendly hotel which was not a huge problem.....just remember to visit the pool early in the morning.
However, not very happy with the reception staff. We reached the hotel at 12:30 pm. Of the 4 reception desks, only 1 was available for check-in. A lady (possibly their admin head) moved around but wasn’t bothered by the people waiting to check in. The check-in time was mentioned as after 12 pm. The receptionist told me the check in is at 3 pm. So as per the hotel….after 12 pm=3 pm.
The breakfast spread isn’t as good as other Hyatts.
My office colleagues and i went for an iftar buffet. The food was very good but the view was to die for. Absolutely breathtaking view and since it is revolving you get to have a 360 degree view throughout your meal.
