Location: 12 km from the airport Dubai, in Deira, near Deira Corniche promenade at the mouth of the historic harbour, a short walk from the shopping areas of the city and the Gold Souk, spice Souk and textile market.
Consists of one 27-storey building.

Beach: public sandy beach, 6 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Beach Park, beach access fee: 1.3 $). The beach is 1.7 km away.

outstanding. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of Eastern, Western, and hot dishes, catering to various preferences. Overall, our stay was satisfactory, and we highly recommend this hotel.
The room is a good size and well equipped. However, it smelled of smoke. We asked the bell boy if non-smoking rooms were available, but he informed us that the suites are all smoking, which is a shame.
All in, still a value for money stay.
When I entered my room, I was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful flower arrangement and a delicious birthday cake waiting for me. It was such a thoughtful touch that truly made my day!
The housekeeping team was equally wonderful, always friendly and attentive to our needs throughout our stay.
Thank you so much to everyone at Hyatt Regency for making our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a welcoming and enjoyable experience. I can’t wait to return!
For this price you can expect at least a room with fresh air. I stayed for a total of 90 days and I don't recommend it.
Also the swimming pool is super small it is impossible to swim or go inside just for chill, unless you want to be in a super small swimming pool with 50 60 people. I guess they don't have any idea how many rooms and customers they have. It must be a minimum of 4 times bigger.
On the door, some guys look like part of hotel service, constantly asking you if you need a taxi. Don't accept it otherwise you will pay double time more money compared to a standard taxi.
The room cleaning team is really good. They are good guys. The only good thing about the hotel is this.
P.s. Pillows are horrible.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, and everything here is really nice.
1. The ice skating rink is SO BIG, and it has a lot of space.
2. The breakfast was insanely tasty, 5 stars.
3. The room was so clean, including the lobby.
4. The hotel is very safe.
5. There are many shops and restaurants to choose inside and outside of the hotel. So it's obviously a win-win
I would come here again! :)
