A special mention to their swim instructor, Mr. Ali. Meeting him turned out to be a blessing. He made me realize that even at the age of 50, it’s never too late to learn how to swim. I was struggling with back pain and decided to take lessons from him. I had previously attempted to learn swimming at a different place years ago, but left midway as I didn’t enjoy it then.
However, since I started training with Mr. Ali, my entire experience has changed. He is highly professional, patient, and deeply knowledgeable. His methodical approach and ability to tailor the training to my pace and physical condition made all the difference. He not only focused on technique but also ensured I was comfortable and confident in the water at every step. Thanks to his encouragement and skill, I’ve made more progress than I ever thought possible.
It’s almost a pity that someone as talented and disciplined as Mr. Ali isn’t competing on a national team — he truly has the caliber for it. His passion for swimming and dedication to teaching are truly inspiring.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent—very customer-oriented and attentive. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with top-quality ingredients and a wide variety of options.
If I had to mention one minor downside, it would be the rather limited selection of finger food in the Executive Lounge during Happy Hour. However, the staff in the Executive Lounge were absolutely delightful and made the experience feel very special nonetheless. A big thank you to the entire team for a fantastic stay!

His attention to detail, willingness to accommodate our requests, and overall commitment helped us pull off a seamless and unforgettable event. We also want to thank the entire hotel staff, from the valet and front desk to housekeeping. Everyone was warm, helpful, and quick to respond to our needs. Coming from a large family, we appreciated how smoothly everything was handled—every guest felt looked after and valued.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what I needed after a long day of travel.
The location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful at night. I also loved the breakfast buffet — delicious and with a lot of variety!
