This small, family-run guesthouse offers a convenient base for short stays in Bansko. Located just off the town’s main promenade and nightlife district, it provides easy access to everything essential. The ski lift is about a 10–12 minute walk away, making it a practical choice for skiers and visitors exploring the area. The family personally takes care of guests with warmth and dedication, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay for one or two nights, this is a solid option. However, if you’re planning a longer vacation where accommodation plays a key role in relaxation and comfort, you may want to explore other choices.
Arriving by car requires some planning, as parking in the narrow streets of Bansko’s old town is extremely limited. It’s worth setting aside a small budget for a privately run parking lot just three minutes away. There is no breakfast service, and the space that once seemed to function as a restaurant or bar hasn’t seen guests in a long time. The kitchen remains closed, meaning guests have to rely on the many cafés and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood for meals.
The rooms are very basic, furnished with an eclectic mix of seemingly random pieces. The bathrooms are designed as fully open wet rooms, meaning there is no separation between the shower, toilet, and sink. As a result, the entire bathroom gets soaked when showering. If you need to use the toilet afterward, be prepared for wet floors—wearing socks is not advisable. Everything placed in the bathroom, from a razor to a toothbrush or perfume bottle, ends up damp as well. Since there is no housekeeping service, the only way to dry the bathroom is to let it air out overnight.
Given the lack of amenities such as breakfast or in-room conveniences, this property feels more like a guesthouse or pension rather than a hotel. ASSAULT
There is no justification to lay a hand on an anyone, let alone a guest staying in your hotel.
Witnessed my friend get slapped in the face after the owner barged into our room in the middle of the night uninvited.
The showers are terrible, no drainage and have to hold with your hand as the hook is broken.

Assault!
Myself and two female friends stayed at this hotel. Late one night the owner barged into our room without knocking yelled “shut up” and slapped me across the face. My friends and I were in complete shock. Absolutely disgusted especially because young males were screaming and playing music the night before and were certainly not slapped across the face for being too loud!

A lovely little hotel / guest room that is everything you need for a short stay. Small rooms, cosy and warm. Doesn't have other desirable facilities but its safe secure and enough. Would recommend

Nothing good - and I am in an apartment. Broken shower, stinky but empty refrigerator, clogged shower drain - though you may have your own swimming pool, dirt, the TV remote control works only if you are 50 cm away from the TV. Are you 1.90m tall - I hope not, because that's the size of the bed. Old furniture. The towels are old as well. Positives - low, but not low enough price, and the location. I won't come back.

The owner of the hotel is absolutely devoted to his customers and unmatched kindness. Thanks to him, we saved a lot of time and discovered really typical and great addresses (thermal baths, Turkish baths, skiing, restaurants) in Bansko and its surroundings. This establishment truly deserves to be called family friendly. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
