Nice hotel close to the gondola. The rooms are simple but very cozy and comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Located: in Bansko, 162 km away from Sofia airport, 150 m from the ski lift.
Consists of one 4-storey building.
Just 22 rooms.

Excellent 6 night stay at this lovely warm, comfortable centrally located family hotel. Veronica was very hospitable and full of local knowledge and recommendations. Few minutes walk to the gondola. Breakfast was more than adequate. The pic is the view from bedroom window. We will definitely return if we come to Bansko.

Veronica, the hotel manager, was kind above and beyond, she explained to us about the area, the advantages and the attractions, she was always available, the place is very clean, excellent breakfasts.
Helping my hiking partner late at night with a skiing injury.
She served wine on the house every evening for us and other guests.
If I were to book the hosting from my user, I would definitely give a score of 10/10.

we’re excellent and i have to say they were RIGHT! We were not disappointed 😀
Veronika and her sister were always available and so helpful, full of good information and assistance. Arranged taxis when needed and saved us money. The hotel was warm and clean and very close to the Gondola station making it an easy walk in ski gear which is a must.
Decent size ski boot room and plenty of drying space for boots. The room we had was huge and the beds comfortable. The hotel was a good 3 star but that was exactly what we wanted and paid for. We could have paid 3 times as much for a 4 star further away but chose this hotel instead. Everything we needed was there and i wouldn’t hesitate in staying with Veronika again.
The hotel is perfect for small groups or families.

Lovely hotel very close to the gondola. Has a great ski and boot room with easy access to store everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The Best hotel in Bansko.
Although it’s a 3 star hotel, we had everything!
Very good breakfast and the location is close to the Gondola!

The most sweet and lovely hotel.
The sisters who manage the hotel are very kind and given worm feeling like we are home. Fulfilled breakfast, just what we need for the day. Beds are comfortable, I like stiff mattress so I slept really good after skiing.
Location are perfect, 5 minutes walk to the gondola.
Total experience was very good!

Only the position of the hotel is good, otherwise the 3 stars of the hotel are actually 2, cheap breakfast and always the same, fried salami and sausages, the worst coffee.
You are only offered clean towels once a week, the ski room is very small, not enough space.
I would not recommend.

It’s perfect place to stay in Bansko! Nice rooms, delicious breakfast 🍳 , cute staff, drying place for ski equipment, parking, great location!
