The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean, very warm. We were actually hot, sitting in t-shits, with -5C outside.
The guys at the reception weren't welcoming or helpful at all and even accused us of being liars.
They left us only 2 bath towels and we were 3 people, so I went to the reception (it was in late afternoon) to ask for the missing towel and the receptionist said that I can get it the next day, because the cleaning staff has finished for the day.
2 stars for the service, only because of the nice cleaning lady.
Although there was a variety of food, the breakfast was mediocre, no taste at all. Vegetables and fruits left sitting on tables for hours, drying on air. Frozen pastries and frozen cheese sticks.
The pool is very small and nobody is supervising what's going on, so every day there were a bunch of kids playing water-polo (together with their parents!), jumping and splashing. This is suppose to be an area for relaxing..
There is only one usable elevator (fits 3 persons) for the whole place.
The location is great, only 5 min from the Gondola and central street and shops.

Great location of 5 to 10 minutes to Gondola lift, with the equipment shop on route. The rooms at Dream Aparthotel are spacious over 2 floors with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The kitchen/dining/living had a balcony as well. Cleaned daily with clean towels provided every couple of days. Good choice of hot & cold food at breakfast with a good coffee machine. Overall would recommend & good value.

Good find for families
Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough. Quite a few things were missing in our kitchen but reception acted on it and replaced missing items.
I think there should be a choice of whether or not they change your towels everyday as I find it a real waste and not eco friendly. No bath mat provided so we were using a hand towel.
Kitchenette was really useful. Breakfast was very comprehensive and the hot food items varied day on day. Very decent food.
Pool is a fab addition/bonus and we really enjoyed the 2 saunas. Bathrobes provided also great.

Just an overall pleasant stay. It exceeded our expectations for a budget stay, and we had an overall pleasant experience. Staff is very friendly and service oriented, rooms are spacious and well equipped with kitchen and everything. Hotel is a bit of a walk from the gondola (7-8 minutes) but way closer than other similar hotels, but anyhow a short step away from the main street in Bansko.
Breakfast is pleasant, and hotel just has everything you need to wake up, eat, go ski, come back super-tired and lounge around.

We had a bad experience.
Elevators are broken and dangerous.
One almost closed with my father halfway in, hitting his back…We were on the 5th floor and to get to it, we had to use two different elevators with a big walking distance between them.
There are no signs to try to fix the architectural disaster this hotel is.
Room was dirty, sheets weren’t changed, toilet wasn’t disinfected… We found spare sheets in the dresser and changed them ourselves.
For FOUR days our sheets WERE NOT CHANGED ONCE!
We had two bathrooms in the room, one was not usable, shower was leaking, there was no toilet paper… horrible.
Some of the staff tries to be friendly, but they lack proper training and skills. We shared every problem from above with them, but they didn’t do anything.
Swimming pool was cold and the whole area is in need of restoration.
Overall we don’t recommend!

LOCATION - very good, almost excellent. 5 min walk to center with restaurants, bars,..etc. 10-15 min walk to gondola station with your gear (ski boots on and skis in your hands), double less without them. PARKING - plenty of free parking around, though on unpaved area. ROOMS - spacious and well equipped. Kitchenette if your want to cook yourself, living area and balcony. Not cleaned every day. Good bathroom. POOL - fair size, though could be bigger and warmer in winter. Working only 3-9 PM. Two saunas. BREAKFAST - very good and varied. Considering the location/price/quality ratio, we found it a good value in every year increasing prices in Bansko.

Nice, cozy rooms, fairly well equipped and very reasonable prices. Location is good too, close enough to the centre but in a quiet area. There's a supermarket nearby too (tourist prices though). My only gripes were that the top-floor rooms get really hot in the summer heat, the curtains let through a lot of light (so forget sleeping in) and although the receptionist is super friendly, after 5 PM there's only a security guard, who only speaks Bulgarian and is super unfriendly and unwilling to help with anything. The room could have been a little cleaner too (a bit dusty) and a chair or two on the balcony would have been nice. But overall, for the price, I'd recommend it, just not a top-floor room in 30+ degree weather

We had a comfortable, well maintained and spacious 1-bed apartment while skiing in Bansko. The Apart Dream is in a good location, a short 5-minute walk from the main restaurants, shops and ski lift, abd set back from the main road, so was very quiet. This is definitely a hotel that we would use again. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfortable and there was even a simple kitchen if you wanted to cook for yourself. The breakfast was good enough and there was plenty of it, although very little fresh food.

I liked it very much there. The studio was spacious and had all the amenities needed. A fully stocked kitchen (sans food :) ), a sofa that was stretched and made into a bed for my child, a separate bedroom with a safe and a bath in the bathroom
