Great apartment Hotel, located at very good spot, great at summer and also great at Winter, really close to ski road, so you can almost do ski-out , just go over the road and put your ski on.

Spent a couple days for a ski weekend. The hotels has a good location towards the edge of Bansko right on the main road and just about a 5 min walk away from the centre and gondola lift. You will find several ski rentals stores & restaurants closeby. Stayed in a room/studio, equipped with a kitchen corner which wasn't used and other basic furniture. Bathroom is acceptable but not very spacious and shower not ideal due to water splashing out. The room also had also a little balcony with a view of the backyard. Tv didn't have too many channels and all local. The is a small indoor pool adjacent to lobby area and also a British style downstairs. Check in & out was smooth. All in all, it's an ok place for a short stay and a limited budget.

Won’t visit again, no room cleaning at all even tho we asked , no hot water , and overall neglected. Bed was held on bricks.

Pro: room is spacious and the hotel is near the center
Minus: the room was somehow clean but you can tell there was dirt and most of the furniture is old

What a fabulous place to stay. We had two apartments as we are a family of 5 booking at the last minute. We booked half board and are so glad we did. Good, home cooked food at ridiculously low prices meant our skiing holiday was excellent value. The rooms and communal areas were spacious, warm and spotlessly clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and showers were clean with plenty of hot water. There were board games available for entertainment at the table. Kids loved the pool before dinner; jacuzzi wasn’t available, or fitness room due to Covid. The hotel is in a perfect position within stumbling distance to the gondola and all the bars and restaurants. Prices for food and drink close to the gondola are far more than at the hotel - £40 for 5 Subway sandwiches compared to around £2-4 for a meal at the hotel! I’m sure if you were looking for small imperfections you could find them, but focusing on what is important to us, everything was spot on and we had a fantastic holiday. The only reason I can think of for people writing less favourable reviews is to keep this gem to themselves!

Travelled from Greece. Definitely not worth the stars rating. Rooms not well maintained, inadequate bathroom supplies. Satisfying breakfast buffett. Cuttlery not washed in a dishwasher, waitresses hand washed in the bar sink. The tourist agent should inspect the proposed hotels more carefully.

I stayed in an apartment in this facility and it was spacious and well equipped although a few tea bags and coffee sticks would have been a nice touch.
I was taken aback by the fact that we needed to make our own bed at night as the duvet didn't have a sheet (?!). There is construction works going on around the facility so it was also noisy very early in the morning.
The best thing about this hotel was the amazing, sweet man that checked us in last night (26th August) he was so lovely and did absolutely everything to make sure we were happy. On the contrary, the lady who checked us out this morning (27th August) was very unhelpful, unfriendly and rude.

Worst place evere, imagine coming after long trip and there is no hot water. Recepcionist simply said that there is not enough of it (in the half empty ski resort hotel during summer) for everyone and you have to wait. After 1 hour nothing changed. Next morning also. Room was dirty, some of the stuff like kettle and nightlamp not working. Internet did not work either. Also, "mountain view" in this case means noisy road view.

My second trip to Bansko this month, decided to change hotel and was not wrong. This one is perfect for skiing, practically ski out and ski in, just across from the ski road and only a few minutes’ walk to Gondola. There is also ski hire shop. Everything else was also very good. Clean, warm apartment, beautifully decorated. The pool, sauna and Jacuzzi were very warm, just what I need after skiing. Service was excellent and all staff was very friendly and helpful. Many TV channels and very good Wi-Fi internet
