Never ever again! I had a business trip to Burgas and planned to work from this hotel. Once I checked in I realised that the wifi is so poor. They gave me another router but it didn’t work as well. After a few hours of struggle I decided to leave this hotel and move somewhere else. Arrogant lady at the reception asked me to pay 85lv since I already checked in. Such a SHAME on YOU to charge people for 2 hours stay when you don’t have the wifi and your rooms are boiling hot without air conditioning.

The city is small an walkable and the hotel is in a good location. Within couple of minutes you can be in the shore and city center. The south bus terminal is also very close to the hotel. The staff are OK. There is no kettle or free water in the room. There is a Cafe restaurant on the ground floor. And nearby supermarket nearby

Stuff is good some of rooms are clean, some of them not so. In one of the room somebody probably smoked and it smelled and on the top of this the tv was only with turkish chanels so we asked to move on another room. First they told us they dont have another free rooms than we were ready to leave and than they gave us another room it was clean and nice.

Ideal location downtown, 3 min walk to the main pedestrian street, walking distance to the port area, Burgas municipality and shopping streets. All rooms facing East are quiet, comfortable beds, small but nice bathroom with hot water 24/7. Smiling and welcoming staff. Shortly - great value for money.

Have stayed here before last year. Staff remembered me . Comfortable room attached toilet and shower. Room a bit noisy as it was on busy main road. I like coming here.

Only the the location affordable, the rooms are dirty and neglected. We also have problem with the bed bugs....

The hotel location is very nice four minutes away from Beach and ten minutes to reach the famous street (Aliko bogridi )with many restaurants and coffee shops and shops . The furniture in the room is old the toilets is old too the service in the restaurant where we took our paid Breakfasts is not so delicious once when we want to order our paid coffee included with the breakfast they told us they don’t have any kind of drinks coffees or tea’s only water can offer us now , every thing else was finished ! We love the city Burgas very much,and the public Beach too and the people of Burgas were very kind in most places .

I was nervous about this hotel as I’ve seen some bad reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. It was generally clean ( except for some dead flies) and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The have checkout at 12 which is great as I could sleep in. Overall for the price, I would recommend this hotel. Great location too
