The hotel has excellent location, rooms are clean and spacious. The front desk staff was amazing and the house cleaning is up to par. However, I was very disappointed by the service at the restaurant. For the 5 day stay, every morning I will go down to the restaurant to have a my coffe ,after my walk , and I was charged different amount for the same order every day during our stay. On the last day I complained to the manager on duty at the restaurant, but I don't think she even acknowledged that as a complain.

Dreadful place to book. Do not recommend- be aware that they take payments and cancel bookings last minute. Refunds take 2 weeks and they lack any customer assistance in their merit.

Unfortunately I spent only one night in this hotel. The value for money is excellent. I was pleasantly surprised with literally everything. The rooms are spacious, super clean and comfy. The service is excellent and the breakfast was perfect. The proximity to the sea is great and the view from the room is fantastic. I will definitely be back.

Same problem with employees not knowing other language than bulgarian.
Breakfast was ok but for sure the can improve the juices and the hospitality (somehow put a smile on employees faces).

Convinient. There is parking. Also convenient. Staff is nice and kind. Rooms look big and bright, but could be better cleaned and smell like that. Towels look old and overused, Matrices and pillows are not comfortable at all.

Wonderful and cozy place, where you will feel just like at home. The view to Port of Burgas is breathtaking. The staff is very kind and helpful.

We had a fantastic long weekend here, the value for money is excellent and we were so pleasantly surprised with literally everything. The rooms are spacious, well laid out and super clean and comfy. The service is excellent and the breakfast was perfect. The proximity to the sea garden is great with 3 energetic kids. We will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere, perfect rooms, perfect restaurant, lovely food and last but not least - conference hall is gorgeous. Hotel is perfect for business meetings and seminars. It is located in the area of marine port with lots of bars and restaurants around. Views are breath taking!

A great place for a business trip or a short break. The hotel is right next to the sea garden, on the port, next to the convention center. A wonderful view, charging with inspiration for working days. The articles are clean and with everything necessary for work - desk, contacts. The breakfast is nice. The prices are perfectly fine. I recommend.

I’ve spent 6 nights in there and rooms are quite spacious and clean just bathroom towels are very thin. Breakfast are alright but expect every morning same dishes, you can sit down by the sea bank and have a drink or meal with very nice sea view .
Overall I’d go there again which says it all about that place and location is good as well , quiet but not far from bars and restaurants!
