Neptun Beach Hotel has a perfect beachfront location and is located in the heart of Sunny Beach Resort, just a few yards from the sandy beach. It features an indoor pool, and a large outdoor pool surrounded by parasols and sun loungers. Sun umbrellas and sun loungers are provided free of charge at the pool.

Hotel is very good, right next to the wide beach, clean and spacious rooms, food is very nice. Special thanks for all animation team - young people, who conduct activities with real enthusiasm, and for Mr Alex from reception service.

Excellent!!! Very good location. Straight on a beach. Very clean! Very good staff. Food is amazing. Really recommend this hotel. Rooms are nice and spacious. After one week here can't fail this hotel. Luckily we still have one more week to go. Definitely coming back. A lots of sunbeds on a beach. Always enough to everyone. We had trip true JET2 and our rep Sandra was really good and helpful. Thank you And big thank you to all NEPTUN staff for amazing holiday.

A very clean & well kept hotel . We had a room in the annex was a very spacious room it was cleaned every day to a very good standard the only trouble was the noise at night very loud from the fair rides etc until midnight but I do think this was mainly in annex. Didn’t really go much on the entertainment not our thing but each to there own . Food was really good something for everyone. Beach just over the road pool was very cold plenty of sun beds. Nessabar very nice to visit by train,bus or taxi . Like in previous reviews this is predominantly a German hotel but overall we had a nice stay . The staff were very good & hats off too them in how clean it was .

Brilliant holiday! We arrived late on Thursday evening and from beginning to end the service from all staff was 5 star. When we arrived we were greeted by a member of the hotel and they collected our suitcases and carried them inside for us. Once checked in we were told the restaurant was open for us to get some food and drinks which we really appreciated after a long day travelling. We booked the sea view rooms which were clean and spacious. The sunbeds on the beach were included and clearly marked with Sentido Neptun parasols. All bars were all inclusive apart from the lobby bar which seemed to sell import alcohol rather than local. Couldn’t fault the food at the buffet there was always something for everyone. Plenty snacks available outwith mealtimes at the restaurant terrace and pool bar with hot dogs, toasties, sandwiches and pizza. The hotels location was very central with everything you need right on your door step. The entertainment was mainly targeted towards children but there were some activities during the day for adults such as archery and aqua aerobics. On the way to the hotel we went on the shared transfer which felt quite long as there was 7 stops before our hotel, we decided to get a taxi back and this was much quicker around 15-20 mins. There is a land train you can get to nessebar which costs 6lv each or you can get a water taxi from the pier which costs 20lv each. Would certainly return to this hotel!

First time in bulgaria so First time staying at this hotel and wow is all i can say everything is wonderful from reception to pool we was on the 3rd floor the room is lovely and big food was amazing staff in all areas was great totally recommend this hotel and hopefully we will be back next year

Stayed for 7 nights, they even put food on for late arrivals… Spotlessly clean, lovely sea view room, food was really good with great choice, staff friendly and helpful. Heads up.. to get towels you need to go to reception and pay first before visiting the man by the pool.. slight confusion when we arrived. Only 2 things I wanted to comment on.. 1) The seagulls are a nightmare… flying around all day just waiting for food and they are noisy and dirty.. staff cleaned poop up every morning but you risk getting pooped on by the pool.. 2) People smoking on the restaurant terrace at breakfast, lunch and dinner.. they need to segregate areas for smokers as nothing worse than eating and cigarette smoke around!

Agree with the last review . Hotel caters for and is full of Germans . Couldn't get a seaview room .Hard to get a sunbed as the towel army all claim them in the morning just like everywhere.Saying all that the hotel and staff are spot on and lovely.Location is ideal right on beach, Food is good and varied and well cooked, Bar staff and drink choice great.We would stay here again but would take German language classes before we got here LOL 😆😆 Just don't mention the war Mr Fawlty 😄😄😄
