Hotel Neptun Beach

Stayed for 7 nights, they even put food on for late arrivals… Spotlessly clean, lovely sea view room, food was really good with great choice, staff friendly and helpful. Heads up.. to get towels you need to go to reception and pay first before visiting the man by the pool.. slight confusion when we arrived. Only 2 things I wanted to comment on.. 1) The seagulls are a nightmare… flying around all day just waiting for food and they are noisy and dirty.. staff cleaned poop up every morning but you risk getting pooped on by the pool.. 2) People smoking on the restaurant terrace at breakfast, lunch and dinner.. they need to segregate areas for smokers as nothing worse than eating and cigarette smoke around!

Agree with the last review . Hotel caters for and is full of Germans . Couldn't get a seaview room .Hard to get a sunbed as the towel army all claim them in the morning just like everywhere.Saying all that the hotel and staff are spot on and lovely.Location is ideal right on beach, Food is good and varied and well cooked, Bar staff and drink choice great.We would stay here again but would take German language classes before we got here LOL 😆😆 Just don't mention the war Mr Fawlty 😄😄😄

We are currently on our third day at the Sentido Neptun and it is a great Hotel , as expected spotlessly clean , food has variety for everyone , we have an older child so no issues with fussy children eating. We had a small issue with our room and it was dealt with within minutes Bravo to reception , The room is everything we expected high floor stunning views over the sea and room facilities bang on !! , New pool bar is brand new with all the drinks you need ( not a huge selection of food but the restaurant is very close if you want more ) ) The entertainment team are working hard to please at the moment with a tough audience however a quiz and bingo in the pool bar evening have been fun, Sunny Beach is just waking up with shops, bars restaurants all coming alive , water sports are 5 mins from Hotel across the stunning sandy beach, Signed up for boat trip from Solzpol 95Lv each full day with lots of things to do ( looking forward to it ) took taxi to Nessebar and bus back really easy to do and a stunning place to visit( Michael Eco bar and super sea view restaurants to choose from. We had some apprehension for coming to Bulgaria and the resort in general but this is a great place and Hotel to Holiday in, Don’t believe the negative reviews as there aren’t any negatives just positives

This hotel is just perfect in every way the rooms are amazing. The hotel is spotlessly clean. You have a free safe in the room. The food I thought was delicious. Fresh and different things available every day. The location is perfect right on the beach and a few minutes walk from the main ***** in flower Street. The manager Alex goes out of his way to interact with all holiday makers, making sure they having a good time. The staff are very efficient and very polite. I will recommend this hotel to everyone who’s looking for a wonderful holiday.

Just had a great 7 days here with my sister, the first couple of days the weather wasn't so great but we took a trip to nessebar to go wine tasting which was great. The food was great and the deserts were soooooo amazing, definitely going back bigger than when we arrived. The hotel is so clean and staff were lovely. We would definitely recommend this hotel

The first impression in the foyer is grand!The place is spotlessly clean and I do mean spotless!The housekeeping staff never stop.They even brush a good bit outside the hotel street and beach side!My room was see view.The room itself was a genorous size ,the stuff in the fridge needs to be paid for.Any other A.I. I have been in its included.It is to be fair,made clear in room info.The beds are so comfy and housekeeping are there every day if you wish.Any member of staff if they see something not ,just so,they sort it,incredible.The two members of staff,who stand out particularly for me,is a young woman in the lobby bar,Maria,who even when busy,will go out of her way to help with doors, a family.with a pushnchair,the smile never leaves her face!The receptionist ,Eli.Her English is great, her sense of humour and devotion to making your holiday all it can be is truly wonderful.Personally,the food left me wanting but I never went hungry.The waiting staff are so efficent and helpful.The weather wasn't too kind to us but the sauna and steam room eased it a bit though!The beach is beautiful.All in all a great hotel.The crowning glory is their staff.They make everyone feel welcome.Thanks to all,you made my holiday just the little bit extra special!

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location the staff are so helpful and the food is good although a lot of pork and chicken is served a very good salad bar and cakes to die forBreakfast is ok but very much the same every day.We had a superior room with sea view it was quite large beds were comfortable but the view was amazing. The animation team were fantastic many thanks to Bobby and Geri worked so so hard because the hotel was not full the entertainment was held in the pool bar but as the hotel fills up it will move elsewhere all in all a very good hotel will go back. The only problem we found was the people were allowed to smoke inside the pool bar we didn't have any English channels on the tv .Also a thing to remember that we stayed in the first week of May when the season wont start until later later in the month so a lot of bars were still closed

Writing on night of a 70+ birthday..not really beach weather yet, but could have been a lot less pleasant, as yesterday was ! OK - the travel agent said 'Bulgaria'..I thought 'Well, it's a new country to tick off' & by the time it came to do any checking on Sunny Beach, the deal was done ! Let's get this out of the way - the resort, quiet as it is in early May, will assuredly suit many folk looking for a 'lively' break. Am NO T one of them ! The hotel, and the lovely, clean beach & sea panorama in front and to the sides, is a different matter ! The hotel's really well-appointed; clean, bright, welcoming (though the Bulgarians would probably never claim to be as overtly hospitable as Brits may be used to in more traditional destinations) and in most respects a great success. Disappointments - relatively few - are that in a very short 'open' season there are still no signs of a beach life (the first 4 days here certainly warranted it), there was no a la carte restaurant open for a birthday dinner, & the best bar in the hotel declares itself not part of the AI package, so remains pathetically empty, despite a TV with all the sport you could hope for. Found this 'catch' for the very first time in a Tunisian hotel in March, & it's just as unimpressive this time around. Never felt the need to go out for food...& I'm pretty well-travelled & fussy (+ the 'recommended' choices in town could easily cost as much as a v. decent restaurant in UK); other bars on-site do OK ( + there are pleasant little nibbles available alongside); the whole ambience of the hotel is clean/efficient/providing all you are likely to want. Oh - little extra - on returning to my room just before lunch today there was a small package with 'Happy Birthday' chocolates from the hotel...absolutely NO way I'd given any indication of the occasion. Gotta be worth a try, eh?

Great location. Just a path between beach and the hotel and there are sun loungers on the beach just for guests. Customer service is excellent. We had an issue with the safe (which is free, no deposit required) and it was dealt with very quickly. Food is good. Not very hot but there is a microwave you can use. Room cleaned every day. Has tea making facilities in the room. Good sized balcony. Not much entertainment at night but as it was only 5 minutes walk to Flower Street , wasn’t an issue. Overall a great experience and would stay there again.
