The location is fantastic. The staff are friendly. The food is good. The rooms are small but are clean and quiet. There's a fully stocked in room mini bar with reasonable prices and there's a casino and sports bar too. The best thing about this hotel though is the location.

The hotel is not cost-effective, but the price of this hotel on Ctrip is too high. The price listed by the hotel front desk is just over 400 per night, and Ctrip's price is exaggerated. However, this city is a tourist city, and prices are high during the peak tourist season. But it was not the peak season when I went there, and I felt like I was cheated by Ctrip.

I normally stay at the same few hotels when travelling to Varna but tried somewhere different this time due to availability. I regret it enourmously. This hotel was terrible. The staff were miserable and rude. The breakfast was not great. The aircon in the room was so loud, it was impossible to sleep with it on. This meant sleeping in the heat. The room itself had tiny windows which made the room feel like a prison cell. It was gloomy and with all the brown colours just an unpleasent place to be. It didn't even have a kettle to make hot drinks - I had to go and ask for one. The room was clean so I have given two stars instead of 1 but I absolutely would not stay here again.

Hotel was really rude. There are some big problems about service. I never stay here again. First of all when our check in time we sit on waiting area and the weather was really rainy. We wanted to take out some dry clothes from our suitcase. They came immediately from reseption and grabed our suitcase without asking ( by the way the case of suitcase was opened). They tried to put it on suitcase room. This is my suitcase you cant grab without asking.
Wifi was not working at the room. Low connection.minibar was not working well.
Finally when our check out day we went to reception for leaving keys. After the payment someone came with towels that we used. There were some little foundation stains. They said rudely ' what is this?' and throw them at ground. I was shocked. I tried to explain that this is not permanent. That was normal because this is used towel. They said pay the towel cost. Omg. I stayed all around the world at the hotel from 2 stars to 5 stars. But never heard something like that.They literaly ask for account. Bad quality hotel. Bad service...

"Double room" bed barely had enough space for two people. It was ridiculous. At 9.30 AM the cleaning ladies knock on your door to wake you up for cleaning. Even if you put a do not disturb, they talk in front of your room loudly.

Hotel is directly on the Main Street, with lots of little side streets to wander around nearby. Only 15 mins walk from the seafront too. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was immaculately clean and room was spacious and well equipped. We didn’t have breakfast included in our deal, but got it cheaply there, for less than £10 for two of us. The sports bar in the hotel had really friendly staff and super cheap food and drinks. We also used the small ****** downstairs - it was machine only, but the hotel offers a free 10 leva bonus when spending 10, so a cheap evening out! Would recommend local restaurant, the Sundog and the Orient for lovely food. Only real tip to share is not to bother booking transfers from the airport to the hotel - we did and really overpaid! A taxi is only 10-15 leva (less than £10) and we paid double this as the hotel details stated it was an hour from the airport - in reality it was only about 15-20 mins. We travelled in the Easter holidays and many of the seafront attractions were not open, but still a pleasant place to visit and would be much luckier in the summer months!

Stopped a week in early october, hotel was clean and quiet. Large comfly bed and lovely ensuite In great location in centre of varna, good breakfast & friendly staff. Would reconmend, and will definately use again

Very nice hotel! Rooms are big enough, same as the bathrooms.
The Breakfast is perfect and I liked it, even if I am a fan of the Swedish Buffets. If you plan a visit here, try the Bulgarian Breakfast. The toast in it is really strange and delicious at the same time!

Very good hotel in the heart of Varna.
Receptionists are really nice and helpful, there was no problem to see the rooms before we chose one to stay in.
We tried deluxe room (#34) which was really great and spacious, with a nice view.
Then we also tried standard double room (#32), there was enough space for two and the same nice view.
The hotel is located in the historic building therefore all the rooms are different.
Beds are comfortable, rooms are daily cleaned. There were no problems with air conditioning and water, internet was stable.
When checking in you get bonus ticket for casino which is located on the underground floor.
The hotel provides variety of breakfasts for only 10 levas.
The only issues for me were the smell of air fragrance and lack of electric sockets near the bed, though there were enough in the room.
Hint: If you need PCR/ antigen test, there’s point near the pier on the beach, like 10 minutes walking, as for 04.11.2021 the price is 10 levas for antigen test which was ready in 20 minutes.
