Hotel is showing his age. Overpriced (140 eur per night) for the room quality and age. Spa and gym not working from Covid times.

The rooms are huge but no power sockets near bed! It is extremely uncomfortable. I had to stay on the floor to charge my phone. Some of the staff were polite and helpful and others quite rude. I also got robbed in front of the hotel so be careful

Fantastic hotel, very helpful staff and great location. Only downside: the restaurant doesn't work, but there's a lovely pizza place across the street.
Piece of advice: get rid of any items bearing the old name of the hotel, it doesn't look good.

Good hotel in the center of Varna. But the prices for 1 night unfortunately are expensive.

The rooms were amazing! Huge!
Service was not so good during the day, but the night manager was excellent. During the day, it was quite an effort to get anything out for the receptions staff other than a grunt.
Breakfast was diabolical. Dirty table clothes even at the beginning of breakfast and very poor service. Breakfast itself was not good. The eggs Benedict was almost inedible.

This is graded as a 5* hotel, but given the overall status of the facility, I'd rather rank it as a very good 3*(+)...
Yet, given the offered price and the location, it was a very good value for money!...

Hotel is nice and the staff is pretty helpful and nice. Why two stars ? One reason only !! The ac didn't work the last night. I get it stuff happens machines break down . But make an effort to help guests ! Maybe get some fans or offer some discount for future nights.

Booked a 3 night stay here in April 2021. Everything was fine until the second morning of our stay when went for breakfast> There was a small choice of 2 light meals. My husband requested 1 extra slice of toast which was refused. We were told that we could only have 1 or other of the choice of snacks. We were quite amazed at this response from the waitress at this so called 5 star hotel. We decided to check out early. We filled in the hotels customer comments form and handed it in to reception on checking out. We got no response from the hotel at the time, nor have we had since despite us waiting over a month for a response. Their customer service is disgraceful and we won't be returning.

The three stars I am giving to the proclaimed 5 star hotel is due to its personnel who was trying to accommodate as much as they were trained and allowed from hotel management or/and owners. Otherwise hotel is somewhere between 1 and 2 stars. The photos I am attaching will unspeakably give more light of this opinion.
