Chose this hotel for the location been to Protaras plenty of times beach is to the left of the hotel when coming out of reception to the right is the main ***** Upon checkin the receptionist was friendly and helpful offered us 2 rooms one on the ground floor which was much bigger but no view on the balcony and then a smaller room on the 4th floor which we opted the room itself was small but it did...

We loved the beach so spent most days there, I would definitely go back to this hotel we had a see view but the room only got the sun in the morning until 10 am so wouldn’t pay the extra for that room even though it was nice hope this helps everyone

Another fabulas holiday at the Mandali hotel in Protaras, Cyprus. We are pleased to say we were not disappointed to be back. Excellent location for beach, restaurants, shopping, and walking along the boardwalk

Lovely hotel right beside beach and nightlife. Very clean hotel rooms cleaned daily, food nice and staff lovely

It's close to the beach, close to the main street. It's at the bottom of a hill with slight incline so some may struggle with the incline on it going up. The hotel is spotless, rooms are cleaned each day

My honest review, the he room we had was nice, we paid extra for the seafront view but it only gets the sun until 10. 30 am so would not pay the extra cost, the room are very nice and cleaned every day

As most people have mentioned the allocation of sunbeds around the pool is a game changer, takes away all the hassle of being up early etc

First day we were at the children’s pool which was lovely and after that moved to preferred beds at the adults pool. My only very minor critique is the pool could benefit from some background music

Rooms were very clean with everything you need, We had great nights sleep every night. They also have turn down service every night. Our room was on top floor and had an amazing view of the beach with great sunrises

We had a deluxe room no sea view - however it was perfect very modern, clean etc, robes and a turn down service every night. All the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly

As other reviewers have mentioned, the dedicated allocation of sunbeds is a real bonus - other hoteliers should take note! Sunbeds are so well spread out with plenty of room - not lined up with military precision! There’s football matches being shown but also a pub and an Irish bar just along from hotel. We hopefully will return as there’s some nice walks along the sea front into Protaras. Or get the bus into Ayia Napa for €2

Soup which was lovely, if you didn’t go at 7. Salads, desserts always nice choice, also fruit and cheese. Pool, always plenty of beds but the rule about not leaving towels was not adhered to

Hairdryer, kettle, chiller, telephone and Wi-Fi. Entertainment, TERRIBLE, seating uncomfortable. Big shout out to Speedy - Kavita, she runs around her full shift in every area. Always a smile always being helpful

we did take our own fortunately but the chiller doesn’t keep anything cool and so milk turned by the next day. We had a room looking over the pool, other rooms overlooked the car park

As returning guests we couldn’t have been looked after any better. From arrival everyone was so friendly and it always feels like coming home

Balcony was big enough, 2 chairs which were comfy and 1 table. Beds very comfortable with 2 pillows. Aircon kept room cool when we could get it to work ( instructions would be helpful)

Excellent transport links, bus is 100 meters in front of the hostel and the beach is about 500 meters away. We only experienced positive things. Oh, and a talking parrot in the lobby :)

etc Helena and her staff couldn’t be more helpful it’s a short walk to the beach and there’s entertainment in the bar every night and the food is very good in the restaurant

Didn't actually stay in these apartments, but was shown around them as was interested in staying when I next return to Cyprus. What I saw showed a great sized pool, and the apartments modern

My family and I stayed for two weeks it’s not a five star holiday destination but your not paying five star prices it’s a family run apartment complex with bar restaurants

A family run apartment and hotel. Every night you can relax in the bar with solid prices. The staff is kind and cordial

They offer the full range of accommodation choice too, from Self Catering, right through to All inclusive. I would not hesitate to use these when I return

On the main street (which is one street back from the beach) hence very convenient to the many bars, shops, and the beach (which has a nice long boardwalk which I ran on each morning)

A higher end 3 star hotel I would guess, offering very good food (some choice of different restaurants too), friendly staff, clean rooms, and very nice pool areas

Big shout out to Petroula at the pool bar who is just the best and is an asset to Sunrise Gardens and the reason a lot of people return year after year

This combined with the beach being only 3 mins walk away makes it a very good choice

The rooms are spic and span rather than plush but with a good shower, mini fridge, small balcony and aircon, and are cleaned daily (with fresh towels if required)

Excellent hotel! Centrally located, with three pools, good service, and clean rooms. The room with a seaside view had a terrace and a beautiful view of the sea. They even provided vegan options for breakfast upon request

Villa is well maintained and great location for local facilities we also had a nice small welcome pack of some food items that was unexpected! The villa is near enough to enjoy the local facilities in the town and the beach and far enough away to be unaffected by any noise

Support staff were very helpful and responded to a couple of minor points very quickly. Will definitely stay here again!! Leaving arrangements were also very easy

Pool is clean and plenty of sunbeds. First half was a lot more peaceful and had the pool to ourselves. Location is so good if you love the beach and busy towns

Just arrived home after 10 nights and flouressia gardens is in a lovely location very close to all beaches and a 7 minute walk into Protaras and 5 mins into Penerna There are plenty of sunbeds with no dawn patrol towels placed on beds which is a breath of fresh air with a relaxing vibe once the beat boxes have been notified to switch off We were unfortunately allocated to studio 206 which looks nothing...

On a separate note: I would recommend hiring a car when visiting Cyprus, as there are many amazing beaches and restaurants worth exploring in the area. So if you do stay here make sure you get yourself a car!

Lovely apartment very clean with everything you need , never had problem getting sun bed at pool . Elan owner was fantastic very helpful before and during our stay first class thanks 😎😎

The best part of fluorosis’ gardens is the pool area plenty of sunloungers sunny all day and always able to get a bed

After dinner, we were then checked into our room, where they informed us that we have been upgraded to a side sea view, free of charge. Our room was incredibly clean and the balcony had plenty of room, with two sunbeds

This Hotel is Highly recommended for its position on the beach, very friendly and clean with a service second to none

We stayed at Hotel Vrissana during the off season and absolutely loved our experience. The beach right in front of the hotel was perfect — quiet, clean, and beautiful. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind

Cleaning and changing of towels are done every day. WiFi is available throughout the hotel and surrounding areas (swimming pool, courtyard. Beach/pool towels are provided and changed every 3 days

Overall, the location of the hotel is excellent, where it’s situated on Protaras beach

They have different themed nights throughout the week, where you can see the menus for not only that week, the one ahead too! There was several different options to choose from and Chef’s making omelettes/pizza’s fresh on request

We paid extra when choosing the room and accordingly received sea view, pool and quiet during the entire stay. That is very cool decided the question of monitoring what children are doing

The hotel has a swimming pool, and after there is a lawn with sun loungers, two more steps and sandy beach. This municipal beach, a chaise longue is 2. 5 euros and the umbrella is the same

Rooms cleaned daily if you hang "do not disturb" then the gloss will not, but will change towels and remove trash. As with any hotel there are rooms with sea views, and side views

I had a great time in Iliada beach, staff is polite and the beach is amazing. Everything was super clean and tidy. 🙌🏻

and was not in protarus but pernera. cheap buses run to fig tree bay and very cheap and it was only 10 min walk to panera beach was quiet busy but so nice. plus do 2 hour boat trips from there

The hotel apartment bungalow was very basic,two beds and a settee ,small balcony to sit out on just by the pool

We went for my daughter s birthday and liked it so much we went back two days later for my wife's birthday.

was ok for sleeping in but that’s all we wanted really ,it was self catering with a kettle few plates two hob cooker and toilet shower ,it was mainly Russians there. plenty of places to eat at resort

Make sure you get a high floor too unless you enjoy looking at a car park 😂 Preferably at front as it overlooks sea. Never been Cyprus but first experience a good one

The beds are rock hard but they do supply bed toppers on request. Not sure what they put in the pool but has died all swimwear yellow and if you have white or blonde hair it gives you a greeny yellow glow

I personally wouldn't return to this hotel. There is no vibe round the pool no music played can become boring. i don't want booming music but some back ground noise would be good

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The location is ideal, right on the beach, making it easy to enjoy the stunning surroundings

The only small downside was the pool located between two buildings, but it didn’t really bother us since the beach is just a short walk away

An absolutely wonderful hotel in an amazing spot of Protaras along the main *****. So conveniently located to beaches and bars convenient stores and restaurants along that main road

Nice apartments great location. Pool and bar staff friendly and helpful at all times when we spent a days around the pool. Breakfast had a small selection but had everything you needed to get your day started

Cleans, tidies, will get you drinks if the pool is quiet. All in all a great hotel and we want to return next year

Returned home this evening from a wonderful 2 week stay at this gem of a hotel. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Already booked to come back next year. The hotel is in a perfect location

A small walkway by the pool takes you right to beautiful Pernera Beach in less than 2 minutes, which is clean, safe and offers water sports, boat rides and the boardwalk all the way to Protaras

Only a short stroll from the sandy beach. Lots of local excellent restaurants serving fantastic food. Hop on the bus or walk along the promenade into Protaras

Everywhere is spotless, including the communal toilets and changing area by the pool. The rooms are modern, clean, and have great air conditioning. Housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels and a clean room every day
