We have just returned from ten nights stay at Sunset Pearl and already planning our next trip. Stunning hotel - great location right in the heart of the ***** and on the beach. We had a deluxe room no sea view - however it was perfect very modern, clean etc, robes and a turn down service every night. All the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. As most people have mentioned the allocation of sunbeds around the pool is a game changer, takes away all the hassle of being up early etc. First day we were at the children’s pool which was lovely and after that moved to preferred beds at the adults pool. My only very minor critique is the pool could benefit from some background music. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel. True 5 ✨✨

We have just returned from an 11 night stay in Sunrise Pearl Hotel in Protaras and have enjoyed our stay there very much. The hotel itself is well maintained and in an excellent position. As other reviewers have mentioned, the dedicated allocation of sunbeds is a real bonus - other hoteliers should take note! Sunbeds are so well spread out with plenty of room - not lined up with military precision! Also the "dine around" option in the hotel-owned restaurants is excellent and good value - with 3 courses in each you won't go hungry!! But what sets this 5* hotel apart is the courtesy, professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I would particularly like to mention Sarlota, Constantina and Parwinder in the Restaurant and Vera at Reception, all of whom were exceptional. Just a thought, it might be a good idea to have gated access to the beach via room key for extra security.

We stayed at the Sunrise Pearl Hotel in June. We experienced a wonderful relaxing stay in a beautiful hotel where the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, polite and professional from the Restaurant Staff, Pool Attendants, Reception and Room Service, all were brilliant. At the end of the day it was great to return to our spacious and well equipped room with balcony with a beautiful sea view, which had been spotlessly serviced by Room Service. The quality and variety of the food in the Restaurant was excellent. The Chefs were polite and so helpful and friendly and, in particular in the Restaurant, Charlotte and Rangel were excellent and always went the extra mile to accommodate any requirements as were all the Restaurant Staff who all worked tirelessly hard with a smile. We would absolutely recommend the Hotel and plan to stay again in the near future. Eunice and Ken Amos.

We've stopped in plenty hotels, but this is by far the best. Rooms are fantastic and comfy with really good air conditioning. Sunbeds allocated takes the stress out of rushing in the morning to get a bed. We booked half board and was not disappointed, plenty of choice and always topped up if running low, the dine around gives you good choices of different restaurants to visit, but book in advance. Drinks and food not expensive and can be ordered to your sunbeds. The beach is beautiful, clear water and shallow, good has the carribean. Special mention to Kiki who served in the bar at night, made good drinks and was a bundle of laughter and made everyone welcome. If thinking of booking this hotel don't hesitate you won't be disappointed. Thanks sunrise pearl for a excellent holiday.

Yet another fabulous holiday. You get the warmest of welcomes, and nothing is too much trouble. The management team are approachable and friendly, this goes for every member of staff. Special mention to Sarlotte (Charlotte) who oversees the meals in both Waterfall and Mistral restaurants and is the epitome of effortless efficiency, but is also one of the nicest people I have ever had the joy of meeting. She has a wonderful team, Durga, Maya, Pawinder and Manpreet to mention a few. The rooms are spotless as is the pool area. There are no negatives, and we’re looking forward to returning in September.

Second time to this hotel and can not fault anything you are looked after by all the staff they can’t do enough for you from your allocated subbed for duration of holiday to ice cold towels and fresh fruit brought to you each day. we went half board this time and was not disappointed with quality of food in hotel or any of the restaurants attached to hotel. Rooms cleaned everyday and fridge with cold bottles of water everyday we already booking for next year

🌟 This place is just amazing! 🌟 We’ve just returned from our fourth visit, and once again, it absolutely lived up to expectations. The hotel’s cleanliness is consistently five-star—spotless in every corner. One of the things we love most is the dine-around option. It’s so refreshing to explore a different restaurant each evening, and yet we always find ourselves drawn back to the incredible Waterfall Restaurant. There’s a lovely lady who leads the team there—her name escapes me at the moment—but she’s truly outstanding. Her warmth and attention to detail make every meal a pleasure. One of the unique touches of this place is the reserved lounger system. From the moment you arrive, your spot is secured for the duration of your stay—no more early-morning dashes to claim a seat! That alone takes a lot of the stress out of the day. All the staff go above and beyond to make the experience special, but there are a couple who really stood out and made our stay even more memorable. It’s safe to say we’ll be back again!

From the moment we arrived at the Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa in Protaras, Cyprus, we were blown away by the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable—always friendly, attentive, and professional, especially Rangel (Head Waiter), Mia (Waitress), Vera and Glykera (Reception) and not forgetting Vasili (Head Chef). The hotel itself is stunning, with immaculate rooms, breathtaking sea views, and top-tier amenities and was exceptionally clean throughout. The food was consistently delicious. Truly a five-star getaway in every sense! Can't wait to return.
