Really good value for what you pay here. The staff stands out - genuinely friendly and helpful people who made our stay much more pleasant.
Our room was clean and thankfully very quiet at night, which was exactly what we needed to actually get some rest. The breakfast was decent and dinner was better than I expected, plus they change the dinner menu daily which keeps things interesting.
Location is pretty convenient too - just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are markets and a pharmacy right next door which came in handy.
Not perfect, but definitely a place I’d stay at again. Good option if you want comfort without breaking the bank!

Hotel was super good!! Rooms and bathroom very clean, renovated. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty big variety of foods. Pool area clean, sun beds comfortable. 10/10 best recommendations.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! All staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was nice and clean with a balcony and side sea view. Location is not far from the harbour and centre of Ayia Napa which I loved as I was hoping for a quieter holiday stay ...Especially I would like to say a massive Thank You for a lovely polish lady at reception- Anna which was always very supportive and kind..Definitely I would come back to this hotel!!

Excellent quiet hotel a little distance from the main street. I was very pleased that the noise of large establishments was almost inaudible. The room is small, but comfortable - from the balcony you can look at the sea and the city center. Not far from the hotel there is a bus stop, so you can easily go hiking or to other areas.
The breakfast is wonderful.
The only negative is that the pool, both outdoor and indoor, is open from 10 to 18. Although often you want to start and end the day with swimming.

I truly recommend staying at this hotel – it’s a great choice if you want a comfortable and peaceful stay.
1.Comfortable and quiet rooms. The rooms are with high ceilings and very good soundproofing. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The air conditioning system is modern and works perfectly – it’s not a basic wall unit.
2.Delicious food. The dinner buffet had a nice variety, and the food was truly delicious. While it’s not as large as in big all-inclusive resorts, the quality was excellent. We were happy we chose both breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel with my family at the beginning of September with my family and I was very satisfied with the conditions offered. I can say the following: the room is very clean and modernly furnished, the air conditioning worked very well, the staff's services at the highest level (and I want to mention Miss Anna from the reception and not only), the food offered in the buffet system was very tasty (in each in the evening a specific menu), I didn't use the swimming pool but it seemed very clean and with enough sunbeds, the hotel is located close (250 m) to the most beautiful beach with fine sand and crystal clear water where you can also find interesting water sports.

They had a set of rules (no swimwear at the reception, pool open at specific hours and no drinks from outside in the public area of the hotel). These rules seemed more like considerations they wanted you to take, because the staff didn't say anything if you did any of these things.
The whole hotel seemed to be in a confused state, where they try to accommodate everyone, without delivering a full experience.
STAY CLEAR OF THE SNACKS at the pool area. While everything is clean and there should be no fear of eating there, the snacks tasted very bland and boring, with some weird mixtures at times.
The breakfast buffet was fine with a lot of choice, where the fresh made omelets were the highlight!
All in all an okay experience, but a little lackluster for 4 stars. Go there only when on discount

This was the best holiday ever! The hotel is near the beach. It has a pool. The personnel was nice to everyone, they were attentive to everyone's needs, the room was clean and comfortable. Can't wait to return to this hotel!

Our recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location couldn't be better, offering easy access to everything we needed. The pool area is superb – the perfect place for a refreshing swim. The food was incredible, with a wide selection that catered to all tastes. We were especially impressed with their new addition, 'The Luna Bar.' It's a wonderful spot to unwind and enjoy a drink. Overall, this hotel provided an exceptional experience, and we can't wait to return!

This hotel has so much potential but where do I start… the rooms are absolutely lovely, of high standard however there is black mould and yellow grout in the bathrooms, brown stains around the toilet. The spa is not included in your stay and actually they refused to turn the lights on for the indoor pool… let alone the jacuzzi or fountain. When asked they said they are trying to save money and will not turn the lights on. They charge 10 euros for 45 minutes to use the sauna which is kept behind a staff only door. You can’t spread your time across multiple sessions. When trying to speak to the manager about the indoor pool they basically fobbed us off saying that she is about to go in a meeting, she couldn’t even tell us this herself we got pushed to the side and told to come back in an hour. Normally you would expect them to come to your room to speak to you instead of acting like we are employees it’s embarrassing. The maids come into your room multiple times without your permission one literally opened the door and came into our bathroom with no explanation. Not to mention they are constantly opening the door 3/4 times a day, almost to pressure us to leave and not use their electricity. They keep tap water in a glass bottle instead of just providing bottled water. The food is nice. It just feels like they are trying to do everything on the cheap whilst presenting as a four star hotel. It’s slightly disappointing.
