The Kissos Hotel is fantastic for a 3* establishment. The staff are welcoming, friendly, professional and attentive. Yes, it's dated but it's clean, tidy and comfortable within easy reach of restaurants, shops and beaches. My room was cleaned every day by fantastic house keepers who are friendly, polite and pay attention to detail. I cannot fault this hotel

We booked through TUI so our seven night stay was very expensive for the standard of accommodation. Overall the hotel feels very dated. The staff were very nice, but probably wouldn’t stay again as I think you can get much better value elsewhere (it’s at least 40 mins walk to the harbour).
A couple of tips to management would be that additional charges for a kettle in your room or unlocking your fridge is a mistake.
Investing in new towels and fixing the WI-FI would be a good idea.

Lovely hotel. Near beach shops and bars within walking distance. Good bus service. Pool area lovely. House keeping staff very friendly. Reception lady was lovely with the dark hair. Defo going back. Only do BNB as lots of places to eat. We went end September so peaceful but hot.

Booked for a cheap summer get away so can't be too critical, there are no major issues with the hotel/area just a few minor points, bedroom was a good size and tidied everyday (although im pretty sure our sheets weren't changed throughout the week). Air conditioning in all the rooms, and rooms were very dated. Uk style plug sockets which was extremely helpful!.
The lagoon pool was nice a chilled although only about 10 sun loungers available near it, and the larger pool got hot throughout the day where it was no longer refreshing.
The reception staff were great and always happy to help. Although the one life guard that seemed to work their was hiding away in the pool bar on his phone.
The activites were pretty poor with one lady being the only animator for the hotel, and just making it all up as she went.
Food was standard abroad choices nothing exciting and we didn't bother to eat any evening meals at the hotel.
The area it's situated in was great, only 15 minute walk to a large shopping mall, with plenty of nice bars just round the corner, the harbour is only a 5 minute 5, with old town with 5 minutes the other day.
Overall not the worst hotel I've stayed at but I wouldn't stay there again.

We are staying here now, was worried after reading some reviews.
We are staying in a superior room which is a little dated but very clean! Housekeeping clean everyday and are very pleasant.
Beds are very comfortable we asked for extra pillows and these were brought straight away.
Pool is clean, staff are very friendly and helpful.
we are bed and breakfast which is fine, lots of places to eat on the doorstep.
I would return so I guess that says it all.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had an enjoyable experience, though there is room for improvement.

- **Friendly Staff:** The staff is pleasant and provides excellent service. They also speak English, which was very helpful.
- **Good-sized Pool:** The pool is of a good size and quite sufficient for guests.
- **Activities:** The hotel offers mini golf, billiards, and table tennis for a small fee of a few euros.
- **Pool Bar:** The pool bar has a good variety and the prices are reasonable.

Just back from two weeks here. A very clean & simple hotel in a good location. Staff were efficient and friendly. Built in 1984 so showing its age, needs updating, a good standard three star hotel. They were rather mean in that tea & coffee making was not available except at a cost, neither was a fridge. Hotel rules stated no reserving of sunbeds, yet all were reserved by 7.30am each morning and no attempt was made to discourage guests from doing this by staff. Remember to take your own pool towels, none are provided!

Decent enough hotel, located just off a busy thoroughfare, which itself has plenty of bars and restaurants.
Accommodation is clean, rooms are simple but good value.
Nice swimming pools.
One minus point worth noting was the food. To be honest, the evening set menu is pretty bland. Bear this in mind if you are half board.

Hotel was a good but not extra clean, there was dust and small dirt on the ground in our room. breakfast was interesting because caffe was is not good and The pastry was already old but somehow it was possible to eat. For me is missing a mustard or ketchup, because bread cheese and ham but with what? And a second breakfast I had baked bread but it was more like bread in oil...
PS. And the last thing the bathroom couldn't be locked, just a sliding door.
