The equipments are all new, they are nice and enough. The room clean should be improved. I heard dogs bark from the other room, quite annoying. In the morning, we were still at room and it was not check out deadline, but the clean staff keeps knocking our door , which is annoying…..

Great location with various businesses around. The room exceeded my expectations - most of the things (lights, blinds etc.) can be controlled using touchscreen. Everything was clean and if I ever come back to Berlin I will definitely pick this location.

Room was large, but not very clean as expected. The AC control panel wasn't working for me at all, it was requiring some pin. Only one bottle of soap - for washing your hands, for shower, for hair. Honestly even in some hoStels you get better and multiple options.

The hotel is very convenient for those who like to cook for themselves. The room is clean and tidy. You can check in yourself.

It was one of the best apartments ive ever stayed in. From comfy beds to having so much space. The metro at the doorstop. The view was pretty good from the 6th floor as well. The only negative is that I wouldve liked some salt, pepper, oil and a sponge to do dishes. Thoroughly friendly and helpful staff. Very VERY roomy and nice appartments with fully equipped kitchenette, balcony or conservatoty and a nice bathroom. Breakfast area felt a little cramped though. Too many too small tables for the room. Also the tram/street car was quite noticeable in my room at night. That depends on which way your room is facing though.

Overall we have good experience from the hotel. The staff was courteous, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was excellent near many transportation types. The disadvantage for us was that there was no fridge or kettle in the apartment.

Big suites, almost all with kitchens. Simple but spacious. Free WLAN, friendly staff. Rooms toward the street can be noisy, if you're not used to the sound off the city, get a suite with the bedroom towards the back.

Stayed as family of four in the family apartments. They are clean and spacious. The hotel is close to the city centre and central railway station. Everything you need including fully equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended

A nice affordable little hotel with friendly atmosphere and service.

Nice rooms, nice ambiance. Breakfast was good but too expensive for what you get. The fire alarm went of in the evening and none of the three numbers picked up the phone (also not the number for emergency services). So everyone had to stay outside for quite a while. It appeared to be false alarm, but nothing got communicated to the guests

Wonderful, well kept oasis of peace in the middle of the city center. Very friendly and efficient service. Love staying here! The rooms are very well appointed, breakfast is luxurious.

This little hotel is just outside Berlin's city centre, but for those with a car, it is a super hotel offering great value for money. Located on a very busy road. The rooms are very large. The bathroom is huge. The Couch in the living room could be used as an extra bed, if you would be broken. The Breakfast Standard.

Very nice and well maintained Hotel with extremely nice and friendly staff. Here we have the telephone booking that we are travelling with Baby, upgraded our room free of charge. I agree with other comments that the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great with lots of transport options. We had one of the smaller rooms, and being that it’s an apart/hotel was disappointed there was not an easy chair in the room to sit on, you don’t want to lie down on the bed all the time, also found the firm foam mattress gave me back ache. Great place and good location. Lovely rooms and the garden courtyard feels instantly secluded from the busy Berlin street outside. Big friendly ginger cat rules the garden! Breakfast was continental and nice selection. Free tea, coffee (machine) and left over breakfast pastries are a nice touch. Close to train station and other transport.
