It's a solid hotel , but not a 4-star. Rooms are clean. Reception is nice, beds are good but the bathroom design is just absurd. Random shower out in the open inside the room right next to beds.... Literally no privacy . Location is pretty good.

Neat rooms with good value. If you're looking for a place on good location with affordable price for more than 4 nights.. You should consider this hotel. The only issue I had during my stay was the noise of constructions coming out from the main street. Great customer service, the staff were so helpful.

It is my pleasure to say that after pandemic the level of service is constantly going up. Reception staff is definitely more experienced and very nice and helpful - this is vey noticeable. I am quite frequently staying in this hotel so I can see the difference. The minibar gets refilled every day (also not a standard in the past). Really really great hotel! Rooms immaculate, stylish and service impeccable. Hotel provides free baggage storage and area to wait on 6th floor including showers and space to get changed after you’ve checked out! Only downside would be that breakfast is on the expensive side however if you are travelling as a family under 15s are free.

The hotel is on the place where you cannot find too many. I mean that you can walk but more than 15 minutes to reach a place where you can see it or maybe you can also visit something. Indeed a high quality as well as "easy-going" stay since this is a centrally located hotel situated next to an important train station, also next to important city sights, museums etc. We are happy that our stay was a very relaxing one even though it was mainly for a congress. The hotel has also a nice restaurant that may serve until late, should someone needs it.

A great hotel in excellent location, walkable distance to lots of restaurants, shops and landmarks. The room was nice and clean, bed comfortable. A bit noisy from the train station nearby but nothing earplugs cannot fix. If you don’t want housekeeping everyday, you are rewarded a drink voucher :) I will happily stay again if visiting Berlin.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The service staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very rich. There is a subway station 2 minutes away on foot, and there are many department stores for shopping in about 10 minutes on foot.

This hotel was my FAVORITE in Berlin. The rooms were very luxurious and top tier. The service was attentive and very accommodating to any request that I had. Amazing location on Museum Island literally the centre of Berlin. U bahn station 2 minutes walk. The rooms are modern, confortable and well designed. Great location for many of the sites in Berlin, and close to the U-Bahn and bus services. Hotel was comfortable and cleanliness was high. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was of a very high standard and, despite some reviews, was not busy.

Very friendly staff, beautiful, clean and bright rooms. I especially loved the giant mirror next to our bed. Nice bathroom. Only thing was that we thought we’d have a room with airconditioning. We could not set the temperature lower than 23 degrees Celsius, which was a bit warm.

Currently staying at this hotel (4 nights, with 1 more left. The weather has been very hot, 33c 2 days in a row. There is no air conditioning, anywhere in the hotel. Not in the lobby, restaurants or rooms. It’s very uncomfortable. My room currently stinks of sweaty dog (I have dogs back home, so I know the smell of an unwashed dog. A river view room is worth the little extra cost. The location is perfect. Close enough to Central Station, yet tucked away from all the hectic. The Sauna was a nice treat. Good value for your money.

Very nice hotel near the river. Close to the station and everything, also there is a big mart near the hotel. the staff were kind and helpful. However, the TV was slightly outdated, and air-conditioning was not that good. But it was super clean, so that was big plus points. Also every morning they offer a little croissant, coffer and fruits.

Great hotel. Large rooms. 3 people were staying in a room and one of them were given an abomination of a bed made up of a wooden pallet under a "cushion" and an ottoman of sorts and some kind of other cushion.

Nice place and the pictures presented of the rooms were very accurate. I liked that. My only annoyances were the loud fridge and the restriction of the internet to 2 GB data usage and one device only. Providing good internet access is apparently still something Hotels are lacking...

We spent 5 nights in this hotel. Overall impression is nice. This is a moderate hotel, staffs are helpful. The annoying part is that there are no free internet connection. It was not expected from a 4 star hotel. However, the hotel is clean and situated in a very nice location.

Aircon was making weird noises intermittently. It sounded like an espresso machine. Room is a good size. The bed could be more comfortable. It is rather on the firm side. It is an ok hotel but I don’t think I would book it again. There are plenty options in the area if you need to stay close by.

We stayed 3 nights at the Holiday Inn Berlin City East Side during our weekend in Berlin and were fully satisfied with the quality of the service. Beautiful room, very flexible staff, ideal location, and great value for money. We will definitely come back if we visit Berlin again.

Convenient location and nice breakfast.

I was told on the reception that “check-in from 3 pm” doesn’t mean that I can check in at 3:05 pm. It means that I can’t check-in earlier than 3 pm. Waiting didn’t take long at the end, but what kind of scam is it?! Or is it a membership bonus? The room is spacious and look nice, but has quite distinctive cigarette’s smell.

Decent rooms but hotel is a bit loud. I had constant running about from peiple upstairs. One restaurant employes was a bit rude, one of the receptionists was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Not a smile or a kind word for anyone - a shame when she's the very first person you see. Really good breakfast.

Unfortunately, a lady at check-in wasn't very friendly. The hotel's location is great, not far from the U3 subway line. The bathroom was unfortunately not very clean. For that price, I wouldn't book it again.

First, when I checked in, the receptionist didn't welcome us, he asked for the reservation and gave me the room key that was all. The iron place isn't suitable at all in the corridor near the elevator if it is in a room for it or they send it to your room as in other hotels will be more decent. Great location. Close to main street Kudamm, transport and supermarket is across the road if you need anything. Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful at check in. It's an unashamedly middle market hotel close to Zoo station. The rooms are clean and have air-conditioning (handy during the recent, 33°C, heatwave). The staff are friendly, it has a bar, and there's plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I'd happily go again next time I'm in Berlin.
