Very clean hotel, they have a room with computers and cold water at the entrance.
Pros: Great breakfast, nice staff, coffee shops and foods nearby the hotel.
Cons: a bit costly, no views except that of the construction site next door, bar closed on Sunday.
Missing the British flag from outside the porch
We had a great stay at Steglitz International. The location is excellent—well connected to public transport, with plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. It was easy for us to get around Berlin from here. We didn’t opt for the breakfast, so we can’t comment on that, but overall, it was a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city.
The bed wasn’t very comfortable, the staff downstairs wouldn’t let me to my room until they “verified who I was” and the music playing in the surrounding areas crept through the walls like rats.
The front desk staff is very nice. Convenient location
The people that work in the front desk during the evening is very nice.
The smell of the sheets was kind of old, but clean.

I was out there for the Berlin marathon with my family and while it wasn’t right near the hustle and bustle of the finish line area, I was more impressed by the quiet, clean family neighborhood, space, dining facilities and overall amenities and service. The Biergarten was a really nice plus at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Very green and family friendly garden space that filled up with locals...
Not my first time in this Hotel, very helpful personal, clean and comfortable stay. Nice sauna. AC working with out problems. Definitely recommend to stay.
I spent several days there, but there were problems since the beginning.
To do the check-in, my data was incorrect and the receptionist changed it with typex and a pen, but just on the paper and not in the computer and she didn¡t give a copy or a paper to me. I noticed that when I asked for the invoice, what I did several times and there were always "technical problems".
Moreover, WIFI was opened...
Great hotel for a family stay. The room was easily the biggest hotel room I've ever been in, and was better equipped than most Airbnb's. The location wad great. Quiet and surrounded by parks and ponds. There is a playground right outside the hotel. 10/10 would stay again.
The service and staff at Living hotel are very friendly and cheerful, everything is perfect, full of everything you need. Although I only stayed 1 night for a business room, it was a bit of a waste, what can I do but because it was late there was no train to return home. Thank you for the service
I was there for a week, the location was perfect for me because I have friends nearby and it's also a quiet corner of Berlin, which I like.

I went to Germany on a business trip and booked this hotel. It exceeded my expectations. The hotel has an elegant environment, good service, and a good breakfast. There is a church across the street, and the surrounding area is the most prosperous and beautiful area in Berlin.
Excellent. Great central location
“The location and the rooms of the hotel were very nice, but the service was at a low motel level. The service was very poor for this price. There is no refrigerator in the rooms and no room service. We booked a stay with breakfast included, but at the entrance to the breakfast room, payment is collected via a card reader for those not having breakfast, causing unnecessary delays. The hotel staff cannot...
Excellent location to explore Berlin on foot!
The hotel is located very centrally and is quite comfortable. However, I am very disappointed with the service attitude of the Receptionist. It seemed like he discriminated against Asians for not being friendly towards us. However, the housekeeping staff and other staff are friendly.
From the warm welcome to the size of the comfort room with the separate beds and the wonderful view of the Friedrichwerder Church, EVERYTHING was just right.
The hotel is very well connected to the Friedrichstr. station, the Ostbahnhof and, most importantly, the main station by bus 147. The main station can also be easily reached with the U5 from the Museumsinsel station. Our destination was the Museum...

Everything all right, overall a good stay. Only the women on the walls is a special choice of design let’s say it like that.
Fabulous hotel, the room was everything we could ask for and the place itself is the perfect central location.
Good location, 1 minute walk to U Bahn and 10 minutes walk to s bahn. Hotel is clean and quiet.
Tasteful room design. Great location. Quite rooms during day and nights. Very kind staff.
Good location. Very close to Kadewi and many restaurants at your door. Close to train station too.
Great location and friendly staff. Definitely put up the privacy sign on the door or housekeeping will try multiple times.

Great location. Helpful staff. Clean and well priced.
I also want to give a particular appreciation to the food staff and especially the wonderful chef who made that excellent spinach and pineapple smoothie and was good enough to tell me his recipe and then let me take a whole bottle when it was left over. My entire experience of every staff member I cam in contact with was positive. This was my first time in Berlin and all of you made it a very...
To me, it is not a 4 star hotel. Does not provide service that you expect with 4 stars.
OMG! Lovely hotel and public spaces. The breakfast buffet is to die for.
Rooms are very comfortable, clean and well equipped - stayed at this hotel for a business trip - WiFi and breakfast are very good - service at the hotel bar, the best!
Good service, clean bathrooms. Bed pillow is a bit thin.

Mercure Airport Hotel Berlin Tegel
Berlin, Kurt Schumacher Damm 202 🧭 Map
The staff are courteous, polite and helpful. They speak English if necessary and are wonderful people. The service is great and the breakfast is something anyone must try. However, the room was somewhat cramped and lacking (no coffee machine or coffee) for the price expected. The staff are not to blame here, but Mercure management itself. This hotel is far too overpriced. The issue is that they feel...
Well I offered to stay here after a delayed flight. The pool was small but nice. The rooms were decent and had the typical no frills look. The staff especially the restaurant and bar staff were quite rude and unpleasant. Given that many patrons were probably stressed to be there I would have thought that the staff would have been more cordial. If I had the choice I would not stay here again.
We were put up here when our flight was cancelled.
Nice hotel, clean rooms with nice TV and such. The staff are also incredibly lovely and helpful. Shane about the rump steak, wasn't asked how I wanted it so came pretty overdone.. But I imagine more care would be taken if it wasn't a gift from easyjet!
Clean and comfortable. Nothing to complain about. I didn't have the breakfast because I slept in... That's a measure of the comfort. Only issue is the location and the being nothing nearby except for the airport for food options.
This is about as close to Berlin Tegel Airport you can get without actually being on the airport runway. Free shuttle service every 10 minutes. Surprisingly quiet.
Friendly staff. I'm a German-speaker so I used German with the employees, but they were fabulous with all the English-speakers, too. The gentleman doing room service in particular was very professional and cheerful. Good location and nice-looking hotel.

I stayed at The Garner for two nightsand had a relaxing, enjoyable experience overall. The hotel is situated right by everything . Staff were warm and professional, and the vibe throughout the property was calm and upscale.
Some cons i should mentioned for management to look out for.
Shower gel , handsoap , shampoo they are all the same . Which was really weird.
No drinking water provided or filter...
The hotel itself is clean, modern, comfortable. But what made it absolutely lovely was the staff. Shout out to Marcel—the girls and I cannot stop talking about how wonderful, kind, and funny he was. He, offering cookies and coffee, made our stay in Berlin a particularly special memory. Danke Marcel! :))
Truly the best location for anyone visiting Berlín. The hotel is a great value for the money. We stayed in the double room with a kitchenette. Our room number 5 was spacious and had everything we needed for cooking breakfast.

An excellent and highly recommended hotel, which deserves a solid 4.8. It is conveniently located, next to the iconic Checkpoint Charlie and an U-bahn stadion, while many other Berlin sights are within walking. In spite if its central location, it is remarkably quiet. By far the best and nicest service we have ever experienced in a Hotel! Exceptional focus on customer satisfaction and a super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Nice and comfortable room with air conditioning. Super quiet and relaxing.
Super central location only a few steps from the underground which takes you everywhere in just a few minutes.
We will definitely come back to this Hotel!
Good hotel, good rooms, excellent staff and excellent breakfast. Some good restaurants nearby. Not too far from public transport stops.
Good food in Johnny's Bar (Caribbean) and a Spanish restaurant nearby, as well as an Ir8sh pub.
Good fast food also at Charlie's Beach with various stalls selling a variety of food from German sausages to fish and Georgian and Turkish.

Very friendly service, had a couple of questions and they were very helpful. The room was good. The room didn't have any air conditioning, but the hot temperatures were manageable (they never advertised or said they had air conditioning ).
The breakfast was very good, and the price appropriate.
No bad remarks except that there is no airco in any room in the hotel. Our stay was in the summer (26°-30°) and inside the room it was extremely warm. A fan is provided but does not help and generates excess noise.
Has friendly staff, breakfast is great, hygiene ok but bathrooms are a bit worn, bed size ok for tall people, descent location in relation to restaurants and transportation.
Excellent hotel, very clean and tidy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good strong shower. Breakfast was a wide variety of excellent foods. Rooftop area was the highlight, where we partied until 1am on the last night. Beer served in hotel was top notch. I will return....
This is a fantastic Hotel at a great location. Easy walk to and from S Bahn. The area is also full of great little spots to eat and drink. Rooms are always clean and well appointed. This trip the room had been updated with some cool modern touches. Staff is helpful and could speak English well.

I traveled with my dad and this hotel was a great choice mainly for the position. It has been a lovely stay, the place was clean and quite. Staff was very nice and always available. The only thing I was really disappointed with was that there was no gluten-free food at breakfast. Since it's a 4 star hotel I was expecting some bread maybe, but they just had some mixed nuts. Overall it was a good experience
It was a lovely experience, especially thanks to the excellent service provided by the reception staff. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and courteous throughout my stay
Warm and welcoming reception from the moment we arrived. The room was perfectly organized, spacious, and offered plenty of storage options with several compartments and accessories. Stayed here for Berlins Half Marathon , great location for starting point : only staff in the bar area were very slow and made things super complicated other than that great stay
great hotel, great location and staff also
Location: Close to tram stop on U2 line. Just across from museum island. Not lots of restaurant options nearby if looking to stay amongst it all (I wasn’t).
Room: Money theme styling (a nod to Wall Street I assume). Nice towels. Spacious shower. Bedside shelf with power point flood for charging. Complimentary bottles of still and sparking water provided. View from top floor at sunset a bonus.

Good location, clean and tidy.
Please, put more plugs for professionals travelers. Thanks
I was in room 500 and the room was big and spacious. What I didn’t like was:
• no minibar in the room
• no refrigiator in the room
• no more than only 2 powerplugs in the room
• only german speaking chanals on TV and only german speaking movies
Other than that the check in was quick and decent. Thank you hotel Kudamm!
Kurfürstendamm... always mega cool.. 💶🥂🥂😎
This hotel is located a bit far from the main touristy area of downtown Berlin but the best part is that you can rent bicycles from the hotel itself for the day so that's really cool. It allowed me to visit Berlin at my own pace. There are a few bakeries nearby (skip the hotel breakfast and eat local!) as well as a very good Vietnamese joint at the end of the street. Check in was disaster, no clear instructions, you have to do it in your own and when something goes wrong you need to walk around and look for anyone from staff to help. Parking is very small ( maybe 20 cars and half is for handicaps only) and not included which is not mentioned. Rooms very basic. Good location. Not recommended
First and foremost, excellent value for money. The unit consisted of a bedroom and a small living room with a kitchenette corner. It is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, a shopping area with supermarkets and a pharmacy, as well as the train station, and just a few kilometres from downtown. The reception staff were friendly, and the housekeeping staff were diligent.
Despite being weary of all the negative reviews, I am pleased to say we had a great experience at the Ocak aparthotel.
Positives: Good service, good location with great transport links, shopping mall and eat/drink, well equipped modern spacious rooms,
cleaned every day, safe, nice restaurants, multi lingual staff, luggage storage.
Minor Improvements: Teabags were flavoured not original, no milk pods...
Standard hotel, breakfast was unfortunately very poor. Hotel staff were also not convincing. The location is great though!

Excellent for family weekend
We had an excellent stay in Alt Spandau, which has nice pools. Good for a family weekend with kids.
Great hotel for guest who want a spa or physical therapy, the spa is really the highlight of the hotel. Food in the hotel was OK. The brewery next door is great
Excellent for fitness and spa

Was a great room and the hotel staff was very pleasant. I also asked a for an extension on time and it was allowed. Overall 10/10 would recommend and coming back.
Spent one night at this hotel in their Single Room, it was big enough for me and the bed I believe may be slightly bigger than a standard single bed, either way it was very comfortable. Perfect for a city break
Really nice hotel in a great location, breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. Only small issue we had was that the air conditioning did not work, so the rooms got a little too warm.
I was disappointed with my stay. I was charged city tax twice, and despite raising the issue with reception, it was never resolved. On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult. The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I.E. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you.
However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’...
The room was quite nice. The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great. And comfy beds as well. AC working perfectly as was quite hot weather. Staff was professional and polite. Toiletries were quite good as well and we manage to have a great stay there.
Nice big rooms, our room had a bath shower, they don’t offer kettles on the room or coffee and teas. No ammenities except shower gel and handwash. Had a nice decent tv and chairs in the room too. Check in and hotel staff seemed like they didn’t care. 15-20mins away from the Berlin central

This is the 2nd '25 hours' hotel have stayed in in Germany ( also stayed in the 'day tour' one in Duesseldorf) and I have really enjoyed them both.
They are a teensy bit quirky, and this one in Berlin is excellently located near the zoo and tier park ( you can overlook the zoo from the top floor breakfast restaurant)
Great hotel, funky and almost bougie! I absolutely loved the design and the view. The staff were amazing: professional, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent too. Definitely a hotel I’d recommend!
Good hotel with amazing views over the Zoo. Rooms are a little too dark as are the hallways making it feel old. Just spent an extended weekend in Berlin with my daughter, this hotel is just really vibrant, fresh, great rooms and plenty of breakfast also with a mediterranean twist. Location is superb. Teams at front desk and in restaurant are really effective, but during interactions, I missed the little extra smile and spark in the eye... but that's in the detail, the whole experience was really positive.
Dissappointing... We come here for more than six years, and it goes seamlessly down. In the evening is the sauna neglected, nobody comes to replenish towels and water cups, not to mention that "renovation" meant the removal of the fridge, which used to offer free soft drinks and bottled water after the saune.
