Very nice place! Well located to the S-Bahn and inside of the Ku'Damm area in Berlin. Highly recommend! The only issue I had was with the coffee machine (available in the room) that was not working.

It was very good. I would gladly use it again.

I’ve stayed at Park Plaza Berlin twice, and every time I visit Berlin, I make sure to book here. The hotel is super clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the area is quiet yet very convenient. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. It's a little bit of a walk from the nearest sbahn. The hotel identifies as an eco hotel which is cool. Because of this, they don't do anything on the tin unless you ask them to, which is also cool. Decent place with reasonable prices. The staff are very proficient, respectful , polite and responsible - giving good service and a pleasant experience. The rooms are ok yet there is a problem with the AC which did not work properly and the illumination in the room is quite dim but besides that everything is good.

Very nice hotel, nice staff. You can leave your bag at reception if the room is not ready and you arrived far in advance. Interesting shower in the middle of the room, nice if you are by yourself but not if you share the room with someone else other than your partner.

Nothing special in this hotel excepted the nice rooftop bar. Efficient front desk, room OK but pretty expensive for what you get. Very bad point about housekeeping entering all of the sudden the room without notice despite “do not disturb sign” on. Fantastic stay for 2 weeks at the GINN. The workers were so hospitable, I was asking for forks, knives, plates, etc (ordered a LOT of Uber Eats) and they never said no!! I had been doing a budget Europe trip and as my last day I wanted to go big, so I choose Sir Savoy and it was the best sleep in my life. Great receptionist when we arrived, hotel has an older style but embraces it with things like a cigar bar. The cigar bar smells a bit in the night but it isn't as bad as some other reviews make out. This place is not for tourists. They charge and charge just to get bad customer service. We had a question about fees we were already charged for and we got yelled at. Do not recommend.

We book a king-size bed but we were put into two single bed. It was a nightmare to sleep.

Very nice hotel. Everything is clean and tidy. Staff is very polite. Rooms are really good and there is no outside noise. There is a TV in the room and air conditioner. They also give you coffe, tea and sparkling water for free in the room every day. In this hotel you have everything you need and U-Bahn station is a minute away from it. The neighborhood is quiet and very neat, lots of restaurants very close to the hotel. A metro station very close to the hotel, the U9 takes you easily to important spots. The hotel is quite new and very clean, excellent staff and, when you come back at night, you can have a great cold beer at the bar in the hall. If you feel to, you can also have a chat with people sitting at the counter. Highly recommended

Hotel was very clean and well managed, location was really good for central Berlin, Templehof (where I was visiting) and Tiergarten. Looks like they’ve renovated since I last stayed here. Rooms are decently sized and view of street is nice with floor to ceiling windows. The street is also very quiet at night.
