Room and hotel renovated and clean. Just a few metres walk to bus station and U-Bahn. Excellent breakfast included with a waffle maker that sealed the deal for my daughter :).Easy and quick check-in/ check-out. Overall, met expectations and woud choose again for our stay!!

I had room 912 this had a fabulous view. My only slight negative was the table and bedsides were dust but apart from that it was fantastic.

Visiting Berlin from the UK. This hotel is in a great location right across from a U-Bahn station, giving links to the entire network including the airport. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and had everything you need. However, more pillows would be better, because only one is provided. Reception staff were excellent. Breakfast is too expensive at €17 extra per person, so I simply went elsewhere, together with 5 other family members. There are many places to eat nearby and a supermarket across the street.

In August 2025, I spent a few days at this hotel, ideally located near the lively Schöneberg district, just steps away from the Wittenbergplatz metro station. The location is outstanding: metro lines provide quick access to both the city center and the airport, and the neighborhood offers plenty of amenities, including a supermarket, delicatessen, bars, and restaurants.

The hotel stands out for its impeccable cleanliness, high-end furnishings, and complete amenities. The reception team was dynamic and professional, always responsive, attentive, and available. My requests for early check-in and late check-out were handled efficiently.

No downsides to report: I highly recommend this address for its excellent value for money and strategic location.

The hotel is quite comfortable; however, they do not provide a closet for larger luggage. The receptionist is consistently helpful and cheerful. They have a kitchen on the ground floor where breakfast is available for 17 euros. This price is somewhat high, as some hotels offer a similar breakfast for 10 euros. They also have a coffee maker, allowing you to purchase coffee for 2.50 euros outside of breakfast hours. It would be beneficial for them to train their kitchen staff to greet guests with a 'good morning' or 'good afternoon.' One of my friends greeted the lady in the kitchen with a 'good morning,' but she did not respond and simply ignored him. She inquired if I would be eating, and when I replied no, only needing a spoon, she walked away without saying anything. She is a small, foreign woman. The room service is outstanding, particularly the curly-haired lady, who is very prompt. Although her German and English are not very strong, she is genuinely making an effort to communicate.

The location was good, close to the metro station. No kettle in the room, if we wanted to have a cup of tea, we needed to ask for a
paper cup at the reception, then pay and self-serve at the breakfast place.

Have a nice stay

The room has enough space to hang clothes and is generally clean. The only downside is that the bathroom door cannot be closed. There is no refrigerator and water provided, which is a little inconvenient. The front desk was polite and willing to provide environmentally friendly tableware.
