The Motel One Berlin-Ku‘Damm Kantstrasse is an awesome accomodation that provides really great and modern furnished rooms🏨
Even though it is close to the rail station the rooms are totally quiet and great insulated.
The breakfast is really delicious and for 16,90€ it is worth trying it.
I can totally recommend this accomodation.

Felt very comfortable here. Clean and modern setup. Rooms have a good working AC and what really impressed me was that i've heard nearly nothing from outside, even though my room was located next to the train rails.

A very nice hotel, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The bar is nice, and the location is very central. Lots of restaurants, shopping malls, public transportations. The breakfast could be better, but it is acceptable.

My first visit. The Staff were; attentive, personal, professional & courteous . The Room was quiet, spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast; fresh, extensive and busy. Public areas, welcoming, warm & well themed. Value for money.

No airco makes rooms stuffy but door open to outside so that helps.

If I could rate it as zero stars, I would.
Stayed at this hotel one night in mid-September, checked in and paid online - was quite impressed by this feature! Little did I know that their online check-in solution was unstable and that they would start treating me like a non-payer after I checked out (and even got a confirmation on paper from them that I didn’t owe anything).
Sent them a bank transfer just to get it over with, and the day after my credit card got charged. Still waiting for my money to be refunded... Turned out to be a very expensive stay and lots of stress - truly terrible customer service at this hotel, with borderline fraudulent behavior on their side.

Motel one is the best budget hotel chain ever. Way better than b&b or ibis. This one has a small problem: half of the rooms look at the railways, windows are sound proof but view is not good
